The pizza was okay. It was a medium size pizza in a large box, so don't look at others with their boxes and believe that's what your going to get.The real reason for the 1 star is the staff trying to gaslight me. 😡I had been given a buzzer to tell me when my pizza was ready. While sat away from the counter it started beeping, flashing and vibrating. So I headed over to the counter. While doing so a lady on the table next to me got up as her buzzer went off.we got to the counter at the same time, she held her buzzer up and called out her number and as they gave her her food a table of 3 people all and buzzers started buzzing. They all did as the lady did, waving buzzers and calling numbers. Now I know that he saw me arrive at the counter at the aame time as the lady. But he still served them first. I'm a laid back person and just waited, I think they ordered first anyway.Once everyone else had collected their food I showed my buzzer and told him my number. He told me that I must have been mistaken as so many buzzers went off close by. He knew that my buzzer was sound by mistake but choose to lie and gaslighted me instead of saying sorry.

We used to love heading here for a pizza, but were disappointed tonight. Whilst the portions, bases and service was good, there seems to have been a considerable drop in flavour from what we used to think of as “the best pizza in town”. I hope some of the spark comes back soon.

Used to be fantastic. We’ve been twice recently and both times have been disappointing. The staff aren’t particularly friendly anymore, too interested talking to each other and seemed annoyed we wanted to order. The pizza dough has been really dense and not particularly edible. Finally, they no longer do a seafood pizza. It’s a pizza takeaway, situated on the beach about 25m from the sea - why on earth are you not selling a seafood pizza?!

Where's the magic gone? Not a single greeting, how's ya day or smile....?Ordered tiffin and coffee, both basic. No offering of a napkin or side plate.Used to be special but has lost its vibrant friendly spark!

Very good tasty pizzas. Golden bites awesome 👌

I came here 2 days ago. We ordered a Margherita pizza and 2 portions of chips. The best thing was that the chips were cooked in a fryer dedicated to just chips, so suitable for vegetarians! The portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious. Even the Margherita pizza was delicious! The drink was in a huge cup too! The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Thanks guys and keep it up 😊 A special thanks to the person who helped us with our little dilemma in the evening... you know who you are ! X

Stopped here for lunch today and ordered a cheese pizza, a bbq chicken pizza and a portion of chips to share with the family. It was a very long wait and when we did get our food the pizzas were honestly terrible. The bbq chicken pizza had only a few toppings on and was so wet that it was impossible to pick up a proper slice, same with the cheese pizza. The only redeeming thing was the chips, which were very nice. We didn't have time to return the pizzas as we were on our way home. Hopefully this is a one off but we were very disappointed with the quality, especially for £12 a pizza.

Quite honestly the worst pizza we've ever tasted. For starters we had to wait approx 40 mins for it, it was so expensive for what was essentially a pizza base, skimpily covered in tomato base very little cheese and 1 tiny piece of chicken per slice. Totally tasteless and had to go back for salt just to make it taste some kind of something, Wasn't quite sure if it was the cardboard box I was eating! The chunky cheese covered chips resembled something my dog had regurgitated only colder. We visit Bournemouth often but will definitely not return to the wood oven. Shocking that management will allow food to be served on a thriving beach front food outlet to such a lousy standard ! Swerve at all costs. Although if your reading this your probably about to complain yourself !

Both delivery and pick up options are handled well. Few days ago we had few pizzas delivered to the office and over the weekend we ordered and picked-up few pizzas from the shop. It was so lush to eat a posh cheesy pizza on the beach. What else do you want? Sand, sea, beautiful weather and posh cheesy pizza. It's not the biggest and the cheapest pizza that you can locally have but crust is delicious and ingredients are very tasty too and also sourced locally. Will definitely order it again in the future.

What's better than Pizza, sun and the beach? Nothing! that's what! :) Pricey pizza but totally worth every penny and they are massive and filling!
