Winton Tandoori in Bournemouth

Fist time we have been there, imacculate place, I assume its been refurbished. Extensive menu, great food very good staff, not too expensive, really enjoyed our meal. Will definitely return and would recommend the restaurant to any family or friend. Went tonight food excellent really busy glad we got in early. Paul and Vivien

Good value mid week deal but didn't get the coffee and not all rice came out as ordered. Portion size was good. Other than the rice issue, quite efficient service.Interior is quite basic but, for a group of work colleagues having a catch up, that was fine.Would go again.

6 of us had a fab meal here. Meat, fish and vege dishes. All the food was really tasty , the nan bread was so fine. Personally I had a vege Biriani and it was grand. Cheers 😁😁 😁😁😁😁

Lovely curry full of flavour and a reasonable price too.

This was probably the worst Indian Takeaway we have ever had. Dishes had all been blended in a blender very runny and tasteless. We ordered a Korma, got Butter. Got order wrong. The Madras was like a runny tasteless lentil soup.the Butter chicken was like a sweet coconut soup with no taste. The whole experience was very unpleasant. Will definately never use again.Update - despite calling the restaurant and dicussing this with them, and giving them the opportunity to put things right, it was obvious to us that they simply had no intention of resolving and their attitude was appalling, told us we were making it all up and put the phone down on us. I would recommend going to Curry Master in Charminster instead.

Went for a curry last night at the Winton Tandoori. We have been a number of times and have always been treated very well. The food has always been excellent! A nice well lit, clean restaurant and never presurised to leave. The staff are friendly and the prices are very good. Keep up the great work and hopefully my review will bring you more customers.

Smart looking restaurant, very clean , staff friendly. Food well presented and tasted pretty good. Some good mid week deals so overall very good, and I would visit again.

Worst Indian takeaway we have ever had. Firstly decided to collect as there was only a 20 minute wait as opposed to a 50-60 min delivery time.However, when the order was accepted by Winton Tandoori suddenly our minimal wait become a 50 minutes!Extremely hungry by this point hoping the food was worth the wait.... it was not. No flavour, bland slurry of curries (Chicken Bhuna with no tomatoes and Tandoori King Prawn Masala with minimal King Prawns for the £13 price). Even the simple popadoms (which are not given complimentary) were flavourless and oily).Extremely poor meal and exceptionally disappointed customers.
