Hardly any meat in any of the boxes I ordered. Very disappointed won't go again

Used to be good food. Now it is just bland and tasteless. Won't be going back

Wok to go is one of my favouriteTake aways staff friendly and so helpful always going extra mile to help….. food is just so tasty and freshly made and they accommodate what ever you need definitely give them a try if you haven’t before ….. plus my children love have the noodles in the box all round family favourite

Hi to be honest I usually enjoy thier meals, so would give them a good rating, but taking that into account we picked up a pad Thai and a Singapore box on Saturday 04/12 and it was bloody awful, I presumed that they had a new chef coz the quality, taste was awful.I rang on Sunday to give feedback as its usually great, and there is a new chef the manager listened appologued and has given us 2 free boxes when we want them.I will update this review when we have our 2 free boxes fingers crossed all will go well. My pad Thai didn't even get the peanuts which I had specifically asked for, but im sure they will sort these issue. They r training a new chef so gotta give them some leeway but will give another review once we have received our new meal.

Food tastes ok but it’s is so dirty and messy inside. Realised after getting my food they only have a 2 star hygiene rating. I am not surprised, will not be returning until they are cleaner

I have previously ordered from.here and food has been ok. Last time I ordered our food arrived very quickly.I had the same as I had previously and it didn't taste anything like before. The noodles were very dry and didn't taste good. The mini pancake rolls were tasteless other than oil it had been cooked in. I ate a small amount then gave up and threw it.Later the following day I was very ill and this continued for over a week. Never again will I order from here, I wish I had read the reviews as previously I must have been lucky with my order. It cannot be coincidence so many reviews are poor and people talk of being ill.

Absolutely massive portions for a reasonable price, full of flavour and meat, all 3 dishes we ordered were delicious, and the Thai spring rolls were so fresh and crispy. Highly recommend!

I had this for the first time today with a friend. We both went for a small portion, which was plenty for us. The food was nice and hot, tasty and we both really enjoyed it. I can’t understand all the bad reviews because we thought the food was lovely!

I am a pescatarian, which means i eat seafood and fish but I don't eat meat, which is why upset when both the meals that arrived contained meat in them, as opposed to their descriptions. I found meat all over my udon box (which was supposed to only contain noodles and seafood), as well as meat in my vegetable tung tong (which was supposed to not contain any meat, fish or not, at all). I wanted a refund but the restaurant contacted me claiming what was in my noodles was fish meat with egg, which made it look like chicken, but that's absolutely not the case (see pictures). Restaurant offered to replace the items with correct ones, but I have yet to receive that and check if it's meatless this time.
