Yobu Frozen Yogurt and Bubble Tea in Bournemouth

I've been in Yobu different times since I live in Bournemouth and I'm very happy with the product they sell. They have the most traditional and good testing bubble teas of whole Dorset. ( I can't say outside Dorset because I didn't try them all yet)They are the only ones following the Taiwanese original recipe so far.Btw I've decided to make this review because recently they have added a new item on menu that it's just amazing! The product name is yo-koola!The girl who served me ( Tania ) was very helpful to make me understand the difference between the Yo-Koola and the bubble teas I usually drink and so make me wanna try the new product... And was mind blowing! Better than ever, so refreshing and so tasty!I do like minimal drinks so I took a Yo-Koola with watermelon syrup! Top product so far I had!I strongly suggest any bubble teas lover to go there and try it and also try the classic and the froyo. You won't regret it!Thank you so much Yobu

My favourite place in Bournemouth! Ana, Tania and all the staff are always so friendly and helpful! I always recommend Yobu to friends and family as the drinks are amazing! Would recommend to anyone if you love Bubble Tea or are looking to try it! ❤️

Yobu is the best bubble tea shop in town. The options are massively cool, all taste really good. Staff are lovely, served by Ann, Tania, and Tsomo, they are all wonderful people. Will definitely go back here over and over again.

Yobu is definitely one of the best places in Bournemouth so far. It's not just about the bubble tea in itself (which is de li cio us) but because of the staff. The kindness and professionalism of Tania was great, the first time I tried to order an Oolong Tea I was confused, but with her smile and her gentle manner she explained everything and she gave me an unforgettable memory and and a tasty break. Thank you Tania, thank you Yobu, see you very very soon! ;)

This place is amazing! Their drinks are absolutely amazing, and costumer service is always friendly whilst remaining efficient. Ann and Tania are always so helpful whenever I have questions, or want to try something new. Definitely recommending this place!

took my mum as she's never had bubble tea, Tania and Julian absolutely amazing really friendly fast service, delicious bubble tea 😁♥️👍

One of the best bubble teas we've had. Normally ask for half sugar and it's still really sweet. Asked for half sugar here, and the lovley waitress said that'll just be like water so we should have "less sugar" instead. It was great, probably could have even had a regular one at this place!

Not recommended.Boba was OK (we had the classic milk tea, Choconut and a coconut) - not great but OK.Service however was very bad. They only have low quality paper straws that go soft within minutes and when we asked for a new straw THEY CHARGED US for the straws!Either use good quality straws (bamboo ones are both eco friendly and durable) or at the very least offer new ones for free when the original becomes unusable.Would recommend to avoid this place.

Always great coming here! Best bubble tea in bournemouth. Ann and Giselle are always lovely and happy to help. Would recommend!

Now whilst the load of imported products upon entry was different to my usuals bubble tea experience it made me want to jump in more so. With friendly student pricing/discounts couldn’t walk out without a few. Highly recommend the milk tea selection (strawberry/mango) with passion fruit exploding balls. Queues going well outside with how popular it must be locally.
