Ahh Toots is the best bakery in Bristol. Not only is it a fab little cafe to pop in to, we love it so much we also asked them to do our wedding cakes. We had three cakes, because we couldn't pick just one, Victoria Sandwich, Banana and Salted Caramel, Lemon and Courgette and Chocolate Guiness. All of them were delicious, our guests raved about the cake for weeks afterwards, and not a scrap was left at the end of the day. Not to mention how beautiful they looked - pure works of art! We love Ahh Toots!

We got some cupcakes from Toots at my firm, Saffery Champness, to celebrate Pride. They looked absolutely stunning, tasted DELICIOUS and the team loved them. Brought us all a lot of joy! The team were great from start to finish to accommodate us too. Thanks toots!

Amazing little bakery and tea room! As a coeliac I struggle to find a good range of gluten free cakes, this bakery delivered! They offer atleast 4/5 gluten free cakes, I was spoilt for choice. The seating area is small but cosy, it was such a nice atmosphere and everyone who worked there were so nice and chatty.I chose the carrot and courgette cake and wow it was insane, could not tell it was GF.To my surprise they also offer afternoon tea that are gluten free as well(All cakes in pics are labelled glutenless)Highly recommend!!

A cute little cafe right at the bottom of Christmas steps. They have great selection of cakes and a small number of seating area. I tried their doughnut - unfortunately was a little disappointed as the texture was tough and not as fluffy as I expected although the filling was delicious. The carrot and courgette cake was more of a mush as you bite into them rather than a moist cake which I didn’t particularly like. I would return though to try some of the other cakes.Update 12/4/22: visited again and tried their chocolate and beetroot cake - absolutely delicious. Perfect level of sweetness, cake was moist with great flavour. Upgraded to 4 stars.

It's very cute and worth a follow on their insta just to see what special goodies they are making. I tried the double choc cookie sandwich, which was nice and good quality, but you still bulk at the price tag. Would only ever go for a spoil yourself treat.

I regularly contrive a flimsy excuse to visit town centre with the sole purpose of making this my destination. There's a Willy Wonka / Wizarding world vibe to the place that I can't get enough of. It's just magical. The baked goods are incredible and I'm slowly making my way through everything. It's a labour of love.

Really cozy little cake shop. The seating area is lovely and atmospheric. There's a great selection of tea. I had the rose tea which was delicious. The cakes are beautiful and the staff were very friendly.

Too pricey for the amount of hot chocolate and the quality we received. The hot chocolate was quite small and watery. It was a rainy day and we couldn't even sit inside nor use the bathroom, what a pity because it seemed very cozy.

Took my Mum to Ahh Toots with my Dad and boyfriend for afternoon tea for her birthday. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Great selection of bottomless hot drinks to go with the afternoon tea. The sandwich fillings were delicious and we loved the flavour combinations. The butternut squash and marmite sandwich was banging. A really excellent selection of cakes and sweet treats, with again some different but absolutely scrummy flavour combos. My Mum and Dad were very impressed and actually said they thought the food was better than when they had Afternoon Tea at The Ritz. Definitely recommend!

Popped in on a visit to Bristol and the cakes were amazing! I had the courgette and carrot cake which was incredibly moist and generously full of nuts and raisins. My husband had the chocolate truffle cake, which he declared was delicious. We ate at the outdoor seating and took two doughnuts to take away and eat later. Again, they were lovely, coated in a nice cinnamon sugar and very full with custard. We were very glad that we purchased from this business.
