Bento house in Bristol

Absolutely awful service. Ordered food at 7.10 being told 5-30 mins. Then told 40-60 mins. Called at 8 to follow up and told on way (we live about 15 mins away). Called again at 9 and was told they only have 2 drivers on (how is that an excuse when they said they could deliver in a set timeframe when they knew that at the time) and when I said that's not good enough when I am lied to and they say they can deliver within a set time so demanded a refund I was hung up on.Genuinely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never using them again.

Definitely will order again as I thought the sushi was excellent, especially scotch maki. Seafood udon was ok. Bit disappointed about the unrecyclable black plastic box

Mediocre and late (and in a Thursday). Quality of ingredients was fine but not the best Korean I've had by a long way. Tteokbokki was disappointing. Rice was nicely cooked. Do not assume tofu means veggie. Won't go back

Awful service. Over 2 hours to arrive after ordering. Food was cold (and pancakes rubbery) and no apology or refund offered or agreed by the restaurant. Absolutely not worth your time or money - people of Bristol, avoid this place!

We've ordered from them 3 times and they've always been late. They also don't know what vegetarian means, which is sort of important for a restaurant.We tried to phone them and they've disconnected their phone so customers can't ask where their food is.It's been 2 hours and 20 minutes and we're still waiting, and we live 0.4 miles away.Update: it arrived 2.5 hours after ordering and they got our order wrong :(

I had one of the nicest meals in a very long time. The general Korean Cusine is tasty, but this particular restaurant is absolutely splendid. The food was tasty, fresh and quick to arrive; not to mention some of the dishes my company had were plentiful.Bento Restaurant, I thank you. My tastebuds thank you. The food came very late. It was cold. Salmon overcooked, and the worst dumplings I have ever tried.. disgusting dumplings. Bad salad with a strange dressing.. if that was a dressing. I am sorry guys.. that was my experience and I hope you just get better. Good luck.

Just had a takeaway via Just Eat.Ordered Tempura Veg and Yaki Sona mixed vegetables.Really disappointed with both dishes. The tempura veg didn't travel well and was soggy.The Yaki soba was truly awful.So disappointing, definitely won't order from there again.

Wasn't too impressed overall, however, I used the TopCashBack £15 back so I'm not too disappointed, however:* Sushi seaweed was tough* Drinks are £1.50 for such a small can* Noodles were very oily* Teriyaki chicken was hard and sharp* Salad was a strange addition with an odd dressing* Gyozas were cold and not too pleasant* Miso soup was a little bland

My favourite Korean restaurant in Bristol, as I live nearby, I usually have a sit down meal, although it’s more a take away type of place. Highly recommend their bim bim bap and fried dumplings. Very cheap too!
