bishops tavern in Bristol

My favourite pub in Bristol to watch football. Spacious, clean, good ales, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, but not too loud. You can chat to a mate happily but also enjoy the game. Would recommend.

Been in a few times. Booked a table to watch the rugby on Sunday. Very welcoming staff. Good beer and wine choices at reasonable prices. Food was nice, quickly served and well presented. We had a good time and surprisingly reasonably priced.Only down side for me, are the toilets which need cleaning up and graffiti painting over, door locks being fixed etc.But, we'll be back as it was enjoyable. Fantastic pub, super friendly staff & fantastic drinks menu. Really makes a difference when the staff care , stands out significantly compared to other pubs in the area. Look forward to returning!

It is a bright and busy pub. Probably get a bit rowdy at times. Good beer and service.

Really tasty food, the value for the wings were great we had two burgers and wings. Only reason not 5 starts is because even though the food was great nobody came to check if it was okay.
