Bishopston Fish Bar in Bristol

I only had chips but the portion size was excellent as was the value for money.

Easily best chip shop in Bristol. Food always amazing, portions massive, friendly staff. Great value for money. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My favourite chip shop. Great Menu and friendly service. I also support this shop as they’re keeping cash going and no horrid masks. I highly recommend the seafood basket- great portions size and delicious 😋 Plus the shop is spotless!

The best fish and chips shop in Bristol. I love everything on the menu. The quality of their food is very good and they deserve all the awards that they’ve received. The staff is very friendly and always do their best to satisfy every customer.

The best scampi I've ever tasted and the cod and chips was exceptional! I would definitely recommend and give it 10 stars ⭐ not only 5.

The best place to enjoy the best fish and chips in bristol. Was so delious and freshly cooked for me. I will only eat fish and chips from this shop. Must be cooked by Nick or Sayeed.

Beware what size of bag of chips you order: The "large" is enough to feed a family of 5 on its own. And they are great chips.

Me and my son have wanted to try something from bishopston fish bar for a while and finally we have. I can honestly say it was well worth the wait lovely fish, battered sausages, chips and curry sauce. Will definitely be visiting again.

If my wife were writing this review they would get 4 stars. She enjoyed both the fish and the chips, sadly I felt the fish let the combo down. Maybe the fish, maybe the oil they use, difficult to tell. Sorry guys.

Probably the best chippy in Bristol. Just had a lovely piece of cod. Soft, flaky and coated in light, crispy batter. Very good value too - a 300g fillet. Plus classic chippy chips. Friendly service, great food and good prices.
