Great hotel, reasonably priced. I like how the COVID-19 protocols were top notch. The staff were super nice and it also has a pool board just for fun games. The bedroom could have been a bit better.

·

Perfect room with all facilities, very clean. Reasonably priced and in a good location for anyone visiting Bristol. Staff were all very friendly and informative. Also good COVID measures in place all around the hotel

·

Nice hotel, rooms were clean and staff really friendly and helpful. Only let down was the breakfast where they ran out of items quite quickly. Although they'd top up items again quite you could never get a full English in one sitting!

·

Clean bedroom, bit boring for a hotel room feels more like a room on a boat than a hotel room but it served its purpose. Plug socket nearer to bed would have been handy. Breakfast okay would have been nice to see larger selection of cereal, fruit and yoghurts.

·

Good location for me, and the staff are friendly.Unfortunately, I've found the room temperature too warm overnight and the food menu is only OK.Nothing that should stop you staying here though.

I love this place. I stay in a lot of Accor hotels. I'm a platinum member. Novotel is better, Mercure should be and can be better, but IBIS has atmosphere. IBIS staff seem to want you to have fun. For this reason this IBIS is a class above. Yes, you can get better rooms in other hotels of the Accor brand and others like the purple palace but you don't get staff who care like here. Not in my experience

My grandson who is 18 was not allowed to check in despite having booked and paid onlineBecause he didnt had ID with him ! His gf with him had photo ID , but they were not allowed to check in because he didnt .Two young people in Bristol with no where to stay for the night . Manager stated it was hotel policy , and money would be returned in 5-10 days ! It was not on their webpageChecked in at nearby hotel with no issues at all .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and hand soap, shampoo and shower gel had been provided. Also had a hair dryer provided which was nice to see as other hotels I’ve stayed in haven’t had one! Good sized tv with free view as well. We went down for breakfast in the morning which was just over £8 each for an unlimited breakfast buffet which was brilliant, lots of choices available including cereal and cooked breakfast options which were all really nice ! If I had to fault anything it would be that the double bed only came with one pillow each and only one to spare. They were quite comfortable pillows by themselves but it would be better if there were two spare ones in my opinion. Did hear the person in the next room flush the toilet a few times and some noise from upstairs but apart from that it was quiet and we had a good sleep. Would definitely recommend staying here not only is it cheap but everything was great. 100% worth the money!

Price/service ratio not justified. We paid ~ 180 pounds for one night only. Breakfast was 24 pounds out of this.Bad:-Very expensive.-Room not very clean. For example mugs were dirty, bathroom floor dirty, toilet dirty, no toilet brush.-Only two relatively dirty towels provided was not clear whether they were for hands or to take a shower.- room had a very bad air and was wayyy too hot. no possibility to cool it down- breakfast was very poor/narrow range of choicesGood:-Location- Staff friendly and helpful but didn't make up for the bad described above.

I spent one night at this hotel. The location is really good, a few minutes walking distance from town centre and the train station. The bed was very comfy, the room clean and cozy. I had a lovely sleep and woke up late as check out was at noon.
