Quick, efficient, great coffee and lovely atmosphere.

Generally good service, good food and great coffee! Prices are typical of most Clifton coffee shops.

Lovely staff who accommodated to our 9 drink other so quickly! Lovely people in bristol!Shame I didnt have a good experience in the Mall Clifton Bristol pub close by.

come here almost daily and love it but the staff is so slow! they are not very aware. they chat to each other while customers wait in line

A pleasant example of this chain with a nice outdoor seating area for better days. Good coffee, smaller bites and cakes. As you'd expect, really.

Really lovely coffee excellent service. With the added bonus of choosing an inside or outside seat. Not a squash inside, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Nice cuppa tea and cake. Quite busy, but plenty of tables. Not much parking nearby. Card payment only. Friendly staff.

Location of this Nero is nicely placed in Clifton, Bristol. During a sunny day they provide tables and chairs outside which results in a great coffee setting.I personally like to sit here near a window or outside and have a coffee while enjoying the nice cars that pass by these road as Clifton is known for their High Class residents.The shop seemed cleaned and followed covid-19 regulations well. I do respect covid regulations and i am happy when restaurants and coffee shops follow them well; but was disappointed you aren't allowed to ask for your coffee in a glass anymore... only cardboard cups now.

I've always liked this cafe. Despite it being a national chain, it's got a good location (great for people watching in Clifton), and the staff are always friendly in my experience. Overall ambience is OK (a bit "chain"-like but not too bad).Even recently in Covid-times, have used them for take-outs since I very much like Nero's coffee.Recommended.

Nice place and smiley guys at the bar. But let me say you a thing (as an italian girl): il caffè è annacquarito (= espresso is full of water!!) Try and put a bit more coffee and press it a little bit ;)
