Outstanding service, cuisine, and atmosphere. Our server was fantastic. The bartenders were excellent. On our way from Atlanta to the UK, we stopped here. It was that good considering the drive back. Check out the movie posters by the restrooms, they're really cool.

The waitress was so sociable, helpful and pleasant Despite there being some shortages to the menu she took time to help us choose from what was available. She explained really well, she was from Slovakia and she helped to make our evening. The food was delicious, we enjoyed everything and we had a really special time.

Had a very bad experience in cribs causeway restaurant. Was sat at a small table by the kitchen door in the pathway of staff needing to walk by. No one came to serve me and my friend, we had to ask to be served. My friend had to move round to corner of the table to give staff access. There were other tables free so asked if we could be moved. Was told yes, then told very rudely that my friend chair was fine so we can stay were we are. Another member of staff was willing to move us but the rude girl intervened and said no table available. Cl realty not true. Can’t help but notice we are the only people of colour in here and being treated very unwelcoming

I always love a visit to Cafe Rouge. Yesterday they were very busy at lunchtime and I guessed a little understaffed, so I was prepared for a bit of a wait. However, the staff were so efficient and pleasant, we got our meal in good time and were well looked after. Top marks to those staff, and many thanks!

Stopped in here for brunch with my husband on Saturday 25/9 whilst visiting the Mall. There was an excellent variety of choice on the menu and it was very good value. The highlight was the outstanding and friendly customer service. I had the Eggs Benedict , my husband had the ham and cheese omelette - no complaints. Our Waitress, Darcy who served us at our table couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. What a real delight it was to come here in comparison to some of the other eateries where we've been to recently where had no clue about customer service and who offered a mediocre and overpriced menu.

First visit to Cafe Rouge with my daughter for an early birthday treat. She had what she described as the “best pancakes ever” and I had a lovely cooked breakfast. Very warm and friendly staff with minimal waiting time. Highly recommend.

Mediocre, which in the middle of a busy shopping centre may be the best you can hope for.Starter - baked camembert with a disappointing plum sauceMain, the Madame - a ham and cheese croque, not bad.And a minute steak cooked rare, this was very disappointing, more medium then rare and you'd get more meat off a fly.Overall, if you have clubcard points and your out shopping then use them up otherwise look elsewhere.

Cafe rouge is a great place to experience some French cuisine. I had a mademoiselle croquet from the menu, which tasted very nice. It can be however very noisy with the atmosphere of the shopping centre surrounding.Service was great, not much to fault.Would highly recommend.
