Considering we arrived on a Sunday morning and the store was practically empty, the staff made no attempt at pleasantries, the store was clean and the food/drink good quality but would not go back due to staff attitude.

Coffee was poorly made as shown. I'm guessing it was just left or I got someone else's. The cream was so flat. Table was messy and we needed to clean it ourselves.

It is as good and customer-friendly as every Cafe Nero I have been. The place is clean and the food of equal standard. This said, Cafe Nero should rethink her loyalty arrangement! It is a bit steep, for the price of its coffee, to have to spend more than £20 on coffee to qualify for a free cup.

A great cup of coffee and very friendly staff, especially the manager.She carries my drinks to the table as I use a crutch.Only downside, is the 2 tables outside, are on a slope due to being on an incline. There are only 2 outside tables, so often down to luck if you can sit outside.

Visit here every Friday with my mum after shopping. Lovely cosy and relaxing environment and really friendly staff. Good food and drink. Highly recommended.
