Went here because the reviews were good and we fancied Mexican. The food was rather disappointing. We had fajitas and the chicken and veggies were lacking flavour which isn't typical for a Mexican restaurant. Not sure if the guacamole was fresh. We asked for some cheese with the fajitas which cost us £3.5!!We also ordered the quesadilla for starters which was much the same, quite average. For drinks, we had a jug of margaritas which was basically pure lime juice served in a regular glass with very little alcohol. On the plus side, portions were big. Staff were ok and the decor is nice, but overall quite underwhelming given their rating. Don't think we'll be coming back.

Food was very nice, well seasoned mains and the chocolate churros are amazing. The service was pleasant too, just a little slower than preferred but likely couldn't be helped with a low headcount.Only thing of note, bathrooms need a more thorough clean.Other than that, would highly recommend and pricing was spot-on. Very good food 👌.

Haven’t been in 17 years… still amazing with a great atmosphere!I used to come here lots as a child/ teenager with my family. I’m now 35 and it’s still as good as I remember it being!I hadn’t been in years due to moving away but friends who live on the other side of bristol recommended we meet there as they regularly travel over to visit it which is a good recommendation in my eyes!We had an amazing meal tonight with them, great service, great food and lovely atmosphere even on a week night. Will definitely return soon

Lovely food, very busy restaurant for the number of staff but it all came together nicely.

Wonderful authentic birthday evening out. Beautiful little restaurant, attentive friendly staff and easily able to cater for all tastes. Definitely not the cheap option (although good meal options including for kids) , but well worth the money :)

The food here is soo good! I shared the chicken fajitas for two with my sister and they were just stunning. I will say though that I would call that portion more like fajitas for 3. Especially if you’ve had nachos and a Taco de Cochinita for starters.

Last minute decision to eat here, sat in the outdoor eating area, quiet when we arrived at 7 but full by 8, great food, nachos and fajitas , big portions, fresh and hot. They also serve alcohol free beer which is important to me. Highly recommended for casual dining with style.

First time visited this place with my wife. Restaurant atmosphere is good and interior decoration is something different but not smart and bright though. Food was good however some of the dish was salty and bit flavourless. Definitely recommend their churros for dessert.

Delicious food and generous serving it was more then tasty mouth watering meal I had an aubergine dish in a star shaped taco shell it was heaven on a plate I really want to thank the chef for all his hard work it was definitely better than chiquito the only down bit was the mock tail it was cheaply done and looked like children’s squash

The atmosphere and restaurant was really lovely. The staff were helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our steak fajitas, potato wedges and the taco de cochinita. However there were some dishes that were underwhelming and lacked in flavour like the chimicurri chicken. Overall a little expensive too.
