Charcoal Grill in Bristol

Went there to order some food which should have been £14.80. turns out I was charged £17.80 even though he said 15. An extra 20p doesn't bother me but 3 quid is taking the Mickey.These people are deliberately scamming those who they think are drunk. As I had purchased 2 meal deals, drinks were included. The guy at the counter looked as us as though we were scum for asking for the items we paid for. The portions are tiny and they are trying to screw people over. The food quality was below average. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY AND OVERCHARGE YOU FOR SUB PAR FOOD AND AVOID GIVING YOU WHAT THEY OVERCHARGED YOU FOR.

Exellent food ...very big portion ...and exellent Meat quality....staff ..are very nice ..I rate this Kebabb shop 5 star ........no 1 in Bristol

Just eaten the best lamb shish kebab with mint mayonnaise that I've ever had.

Very polite staff food was great and a good portion but most of all it was very clean,will go there again

Chips were crunchy, soft in the inside topped with a generous amount of chilli sauce and garlic Mayo. Delicious.

Tried here desperately seeking some authentic and tasty kebab. Unfortunately Bristol has none. Despite the name there was no charcoal in sight. First disappointment. The chips were tasty but they were definitely cooked prior then reheated again in the oil. I needed to add more salt and vinegar to the chips when I got home.The lamb/chicken shish was ok but I wouldn’t order it again. It was bland. The chilli sauce was actually quite nice but the flavour or heat doesn’t immediately hit you. I did ask for lots of chilli and garlic sauce but overall it was still too dry for myself and Mrs Hangry.The kofte kebab however was good and actually had the most flavour and was generous in portion size. I would probably order that again next time. However Mrs Hangry could taste something in it she couldn’t identify. Maybe it was fresh oregano? I don’t know but the kofte was tasty

Good kebabs. Generous portions, Reasonably priced.The salad they use for the kebabs is ok. I think they could improve The salads a bit. The homemade chilli sauce is nice and they come with birds eye chillis and classic jalapeño (which is great)Prices are what you would expect for a kebab joint and the staff have always been friendly towards me with a fun bubbly character, waiting times are really sort even when it’s busy, seeing as it’s next to a pub.Definitely worth popping in if you like your kebabs.

Usually really good but last time was horrible, garlic bread burnt chicken burger not tasty and donner kebab was not nice either, was a regular but not now.

Delivery guy was nice but the food was woeful. The chips tasted reheated and were the only edible thing as we got also tried the pizza and burger too. Never again. Really disappointed and regret ordering it.

Normally fine. food good. But tonight after I ordered and paid for food. 5 mins later when receiving food I was asked if I had paid. I said yes, this was not accepted, so left without food ans minus 5.40. Not a big deal, but a shame, My own fault for not getting a receipt. Recommend you ask for a receipt when ordering food.
