Last few times my family have eaten here the food has all been delicious (we have sampled a variety of starters, mains and desserts). Excellent service from friendly attentive staff. Good vegetarian/vegan choices too.

Great meal work lots of choice meeting different dietary needs. We were advised of delays and estimate wasn't far off so perfectly happy with our choice to stay despite how busy they were

Popped in after shopping at nearby Costco. Very friendly, helpful staff, great food at more than reasonable prices, I shall be back again 😊

Basing my review off of coming here for years now as well as tonight, food is always fantastic, staff are always sooo helpful and friendly. We came tonight 29/01/22 and had to wait a long time for our booked table and have been waiting very long for food, this isn’t an issue for us as we aren’t in a rush but the reason I am saying it is because the poor staff were rushed off their feet, they are clearly short staffed and need support, the hostess was dealing with so many idiot customers wanting a table and she did amazing under the circumstances, yes we are eagerly awaiting our food but I will not complain about something that isn’t any fault of the over worked staff, will always return here, the staff need more support or a raise!!

It wasn’t a really pleasing experience.On arrival we got told that almost half the menu wasn’t available. Not great but we knew beforehand (except we only got told and didn’t get a note to remember).Ordered 2 drinks and 2 mains.Took about 50min to finally get the mains.The cherry on the cake was when asking for the bill, you receive a customer survey machine… not a paying facility. You need to wait again to pay. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be fired. I pay for a service, not to give you a service (my customer review)

We tried the fajitas. We were delighted with the plates. The food was very good! A nice experience to repeat in the future! Recommended for families!

I visited your restaurant on 31/12 and was served by a female waiter with black short hair, slightly shaved head on one side. I would like to say how thankful I am for your amazing service. I unfortunately came over very ill and had to leave the restaurant before our meals came out. Thankyou for being so understanding in this situation!

Waited 20 minutes when we sat down before someone came to ask us what we wanted to eat and then asked if we want drinks.We wait half an hour for 2 cokes! We then waited another half an hour for 2 starters. 1 of which came out stone cold and the other was room temp. Waited a further 15 minutes for 1 the stone cold starter to be replaced with a fresh one at which point we just asked for the mains to be put through.We were then sat there for another 35 to 40 minutes and still no mains. The table next to us were sat with dirty plates after finishing for 20 minutes trying to get the bill. Finally another server noticed and got our server to get them the bill, and then walked away! They were still sat that a further 15 minutes waiting to pay by card when me and my girlfriend gave up waiting and I asked our mains to be cancelled.My girlfriend in the mean time was talking to the other table and they said they were even charged for stuff they haven't ordered, and joked they might be able to pay by next week.We used to love Chaquito's. But you can honestly see why the chain is going under. 3rd bad experience on the bounce. Time to call it quits.

Give it this place a miss if you want fast service. Understaffed and can't function well at busy periods. We was here around 2 hours and only got starters and mains. Decided to miss out desert which we never do as got fed up with waiting.Our starter was lovely, we shared a bowl of nachos which we really enjoyed, this did come out quickly. Felt the bowl was smaller than normal but otherwise okay.For our mains we had to wait around 40 minutes. We both ordered fajitas, mine being bbq pork and chicken, these came with only 3 fajita wraps, which wasn't enough. I couldn't ask to order more due to no service check, or let the restaurant know my partners fajita order was incorrect and was missing her spicy sauce. We did try to grab a server, but this was hard due to them not being around our table section often.In a short, we had wrong food come out, poor service at our table and long weights.

Lovely food and drinks at a great price. The reason for three stars was due to the wait as it took almost 2 hours to be served 2 drinks and 2 mains. The staff were very good at apologising for the wait but as it was very quite in the restaurant could not understand why it took so long. Would recommend for the food but ensure you give yourself plenty of time to be there.
