Great food great service what more can you ask

We had lunch here and had the beef skewers they were so tasty and presentation was exceptional. Diana our waitress was so lovely, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend

-Undercooked Starter-Burnt main course-No sides with main-Small portions-Slow/unobservant staff-10% added service charge-Obnoxiously loud music-Uncleaned table/glass/utensils-ExpensiveThis was Saturday lunch time, so it was an expectedly busy time slot.I'd never eat here again, and I'm warning you not to waste your money here either.

I came here on Friday night. The red corner sofas are so luxurious! Not a negative thing to say- food amazing, ambience amazing, staff amazing. :-)

First time we visited Coal Kitchen, had an amazing lunch, food excellent, service fabulous. Tamara who served us , was extremely pleasant, nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely be visiting again.

Staff friendly and food was good. Had classic burger which was fine but could have done with a relish with some bite to it. Sadly place lacked atmosphere, even for a Wednesday afternoon.

Staff where lovely. Offered a seat at the bar while we waited for a table, which we got quickly. I had the vegan meat balls and they where lovely.

We visited Coal Kitchen during a busy Saturday.The service was nothing special upon entry, in fact borderline rude. However, the lady who took our order and looked after us for the rest of our visit was absolutely fantastic!We had the Rack of Ribs and a Fillet Steak Skewer with Halloumi Fries and Chilli Cheese Sweet Potato Fries.The food was very tasty overall, however the Skewer meat was quite dry.A good experience for a Saturday lunch in a packed out Cabot Circus.

Very nice. Ate here many times for breakfast and evening meals and every time has been very good. This time we came for lunch and it was amazing. My steak sandwich was gorgeous and so was everything else. Very friendly waitress and sat outside for the first time and which was much cooler than in the restaurant. Definitely will be back again 👍🏻

Lovely meal. We had very good service and the food was quick. However, the portion sizes as you can see are very small so thankfully I was not too hungry when I went in.Anyone with a big appetite I would not recommend this place.
