Coal Grill and Bar in Bristol

Overpriced for what It is, 18 quid for reheated On a grill sqewers and a tiny bit of bread. Should have more bread.Not bad place at all, just expensive for what is standard chain food

Coal kitchen was a lot better than I had expected. Instead of a generic chain eatery, the food was lovely. I came for breakfast and was going to have either the poached eggs on sourdough or the shashuka. I chose the eggs which were cooked perfectly and also came with apricot harissa, delicious. The cost was reasonable considering the type of place and location so I'd definitely go back.

Great food great service what more can you ask

We had lunch here and had the beef skewers they were so tasty and presentation was exceptional. Diana our waitress was so lovely, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend

First time we visited Coal Kitchen, had an amazing lunch, food excellent, service fabulous. Tamara who served us , was extremely pleasant, nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely be visiting again.

Staff where lovely. Offered a seat at the bar while we waited for a table, which we got quickly. I had the vegan meat balls and they where lovely.

Staff friendly and food was good. Had classic burger which was fine but could have done with a relish with some bite to it. Sadly place lacked atmosphere, even for a Wednesday afternoon.

Very nice. Ate here many times for breakfast and evening meals and every time has been very good. This time we came for lunch and it was amazing. My steak sandwich was gorgeous and so was everything else. Very friendly waitress and sat outside for the first time and which was much cooler than in the restaurant. Definitely will be back again 👍🏻

Lovely meal. We had very good service and the food was quick. However, the portion sizes as you can see are very small so thankfully I was not too hungry when I went in.Anyone with a big appetite I would not recommend this place.
