Domino's Pizza in Bristol

We ordered a huge order (£82 worth) and the lads there were amazing. Big shout out to the call handler (I think he was called Dom), he was super helpful and accommodating and then the delivery driver turned up to our address with fresh hot pizzas, on time too. The only stress we had was trying to eat it all. Thanks guys and will be ordering again soon

Didnt deliver our pizza and they ignored endless calls, which was unacceptable as we wanted to get a refund. Stayed up all night waiting and nothing showed up. We couldn’t even get in contact with them, but the one successful time we did, they lied and said it was on its way and hung up. Took us physically going into the shop the next day to get a refund as they were still not answering their phone the day after, and even so, they were still rude and not very apologetic. Absolutely awful service, never order from here. Never experienced such awful customer service.

If I never go in there again I won't be 10 years to late poor quality service food dreadful and staff where more intersted in do deliveroo

Worst Domino’s ever. Waited for more than 2 hours and pizza was never delivered. This happened for 2 times and on both occasions tried calling them many times and no one answered.

I know where in covid but still should be able to pay cash as can most places so don't know y u can't at domino's

Grim, will take your money, ignore your many, many calls and then deliver cold and really disgusting pizza hours late. It would have been in a terrible state even it was hot. I'm not sure how to go about getting a refund as they won't pick up their phone.

Waited hours for an order i was charged twice for and didn’t receive, every time i call im told to call another time, thieves.

Waited over two hours for our pizza. Tried ringing the shop phone number over 10 times and it was never answered.Finally contacted by the driver who had ended up in the wrong place - a shopping centre 5 mins away. He finally arrived nearby but I had to go and walk a couple hundred yards to meet him as he couldn’t work out where we were - even though google maps takes you directly to our door. Spent 20 mins waiting outside waiting in the end.When I met the driver he explained they only had one driver that evening which is why it took a while and apologised.Pizza was cold. Last time we’ll ordering from here.

Horrific pizza place. Forgotten our order multiple times. Waited two hours for our pizza. Can't call them, sometimes they literally pick the phone up and put it down again immediately. Honestly don't bother, go for Papa John's instead

I can't believe I'm saying this but as an Indian, Domino's has been the best pizza I've had since I came to Bristol. Yes I miss the Garlic Breadsticks, but the Pizza is way way better.
