Family Place Kebab House in Bristol

I stopped ordering from here about a year ago because they were getting the orders wrong time after time after time. I thought that maybe the useless staff had moved on after this time so gave it another go......guess what?, yep they got my order wrong again even after leaving a note....tbh like everyone else i'm surprised at how this takeaway continues to stay in business with such a poor service....full review and rating on Facebook.

I personally it's the best kebab house about. The pizzas and the burgers are very nice, cheap prices and quick delivery

The food and service used to be very good but its dreadful now. Abrupt and unhelpful plus the food is never fresh. There are far better takeaways in the area to give your custom to in my opinion.

Been going here for years. The mixed doner, shish and spicy potato's are fantastic. The chicken is a gamble as sometimes they can be on the dry side but other times are succulent and flavorsome.

Waited 45 mins for half the wrong order, was told theyd send the correct one, waited another 20 mins and told they are very busy but will be cooking it soon, meanwhile everyone else has eaten!!

The chicken donner has become off putting, i ordered it for home delivery. When i received it, the bottom of the takeaway container is flooded with oil, and the naan bread is soaked with oil to. The chilli sauce, has also a unusual smell to it, i don't khow whether this is a new recipe. I also tried out, the chicken shish, which has way to much salt in it.Make sure, you alway's get freshly cut chicken donner, off the rotisserie, best to see what you are getting, instead of it being stored in a container all day, and then it being handed over to you to eat.Overall i would say, Family Kebab House is not the worst place to eat, it really need's to bring back that quality and passion for food again.Regard's,Food & Quality Inspector

Ordered shish kebabs from here through Uber eats omg they are to die for, lamb was cooked to perfection and so tasty, the salad was really fresh, great portion size too.Arrived half an hour earlier than expected.I would recommend family kebab house 💯‰

Food wasn't delivered to me! Address reads Flat 1. Turns out it was delivered to the block of Flats clearly sign posted as flats 30-34. I found the found under the sign.I called after food was an hour over due. I was told they tried calling but just eat didn't give my phone number (not their fault) and rang the door bell and left the food outside,that was that in their eyes.They rang the wrong door bell because they delivered to clearly the wrong flats (their fault)! I found it after walking round the whole block of for 10 minutes. Food was obviously cold and I chucked it out. No refund as yet, they clearly didn't want to talk to me on the phone. Never again, at least if they are going to deliver.

I really liked the food so I went again.Credit where credit's due both occasions were the same...nice food and staff who make you feel like an inconvenience.So the dilemma next time will be nice food/miserable staff or try somewhere else

lovely food. ordered loads off times. never had a fault besides once but they quickly sent out an missing order, they was nice on the phone. food always hot when delivered and the food is delicious 😍 got my dad into this takeaway he orders weekly hasn't had any problems either. 10/10 well done lads 😎👍 the one star reviews should be ignored
