Frankie & Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar - Cabot Circus in Bristol

Went into the Cabot Circus restaurant on Bank Holiday Monday & it was fairly busy but not excessively. We had chosen to eat here because a set menu was advertised next to the entrance but we were told that this was not available on Bank Holidays. We placed our order & waited, and waited & waited some more. When we asked where our food was we were told that our order had been "missed" & it would be prepared straight away. Another 20 minutes passed & just as we were about to leave our food arrived. The food was nice but not amazing. I asked if I could use my Blue Light NHS discount only to be told that this is not possible on Bank Holidays.It should be made clear somewhere prominent that both the set menus & Blue Light discount are not available on Bank Holidays - we would have chosen to eat elsewhere if this was the case.Won't be returning any time soon!

After a really hard hospital appointment we came in for lunch the staff especially cam and the Welsh chap (sorry didn't get your name) were so friendly and helpful it made our day totally cheered us up. Food was great to. Thankyou

placed an order through ubereats and called up to make an order note, james was super helpful and really kind especially considering it was late on a weekend and there was already a lot to deal with, thanks so much for accommodating my request! staff is friendly whenever i go in person as well :)

Food was cooked to perfection, and reasonably priced, staff friendly, was made to feel welcome. Enjoyed our food.

Absolutely shocking. Very disrespectful management. Waited over 30 minutes. For our mains. Offered not discount or anything for the poor service. Poor waitress doing her absolute best.

We booked a table for a birthday party and we had a very nice,pleasant evening. The staff was amazing,done a good job with our orders,helped us with the cake. We had a lot of fun and we can't wait to go back with another occasion.

Very nice place, well kept and clean. Spacious and comfortable.The food was bloody lovely and the staff are wonderful; attentive and friendly.The watermelon daiquiri was a very tasty addition to the cocktail menu!Made for a great second date.Definitely recommend 👍

The lunch menu was not explained to us properly causing us to pay extra for something we got only because it was cheaper, the chicken in the wrap was not seasoned at all it taste like plastic. This food is only suitable for people with no taste buds

Great food, poor service.Great mains but waited over 30 minutes to order desserts and cocktails....still no server so just asked the person in charge ( Lee) for the bill.He was very apologetic and offered a discount for poor service...thanks Lee...hopefully this won't happen to others
