Gourmet Burger Kitchen in Bristol

Satay Chicken burger was very greasy, it tasted as if it was cooked in old oil. Chicken fillet was vary thin, resulting in a 50:50 chicken to breadcrumbs ratio. I will not come back.

Came here on a very busy Saturday. Had to wait for a table but it was worth it. Great service from the manager who went above and beyond for my family. The fries were perfect!!

Good food, reasonable price and the hospitality is outstanding! Family of five, pulled through for a quick late dinner after a movie and everyone was so courteous and accommodating when we hadn’t booked. Thank you GBK

These burgers are great! We also had a portion of onion rings and they were huge - definitely big enough to share. The staff were great and so helpful. Thank you especially to the manager. we had told him that we had a bit of a bad day so he came with a milkshake free to cheer us up. We will be back again and again

We had a lovely family meal for my daughters Birthday. The kid's menu is such great value. I had the salad option instead of bread as I am Gluten Free and it was really filling.

Food:There seems to be an ongoing theme with most GBK in the Uk. Seems they have changed suppliers and are using lower grade quality food. The Hey Pesto were still nice but you can tell the change in the quality of food.Drink:Can not go wrong with GBK milkshakes, it is hard not to have more than 1.Service:Brillant service, I can not fault the level of service I received. A warm welcome, slightly busy but not need to wait for a table.Price:The drinks and service made the food worth the price, however, the change in quality of food has massively impacted the taste and has started to put me off coming back to GBK.

Pleasant, informative staff. Good quality food, a solid burger at a decent price! Would recommend for burger lovers.

We went on a busy Saturday evening. The Irish manager was so helpful with my wife’s allergies and really took the time to help her choose on the menu.All the staff we dealt with were friendly and looked like they all enjoyed working there.I had the new special chicken burger that was coated in tortilla chips and it was great.It was our first time at a Gourmet Burger Kitchen and not our last!

Having spent a good few hours at SS Great Britain we looked for somewhere to eat. But as late afternoon went into Cabot's Circus. Had 3 really good burgers with chips and slaw. Feedback from each person was on just how lovely their food was. Even mentioned the visit the following day. We will definately add GBK to our preferred list of burger joints.

I had the American-style beef cheeseburger( medium well done) was amazing, very tasty, and juicy😋. Also, I tried some of the sauces, chipotle mayo was delicious. I recommend the place, I’ll visit it again😍. But it was a bit annoying because the signal was bad and you have to order through the app due to Covid-19 regulation. I hope they improve the Wi-Fi signals.
