Great location for motorways. The place is a little tired though. Good food, although only had a couple of sandwiches with chips. Staff were helpful and friendly. On my second trip, I once again found the staff to be very professional and friendly, the food remains really good. The bedroom was much better this time too. There are just little things which let's itself down. The bathroom towel rail control was broken and was pumping out heat on full, which in turn made the room a bit warm. Tried to open the window and found the mechanism is broken and it falls down closed. But overall, still happy to go here.

Absolutely amazing! Delishous food, friendly and polite staff, lovely room. Best experience I've had in a hotel. Bus stops right in front of the building, very easy to commute. Will be back, highly recommended.

Small hotel with the personal touch. Room had plenty of space and good furniture although there wasn't any where to hang clothes in the bedroom. Drink sachets hadn't been replenished but we could have asked for more at reception. WiFi was free and worked well - good enough to watch YouTube.

I visited the Westbury Lodge Hotel with my family and relatives following a funeral at Canford Crematorium. A comprehensive buffet lunch with hot drinks was provided. A well stocked bar was also available. All the staff were most attentive and given the nature of our attendance gave excellent service.

The Henbury Lodge offered an amazing reception for the entirety of the stay. Would definitely recommend the hotel for business and leisure stays. The blaise restaurant also offered a lovely breakfast & dinner with a warm approach. I would love to re-use the rooms here, as they were spacious and created an ambient atmosphere for me as I enjoyed my stay here.

Room was a good size for a twin. Bathroom was amazing. Shower wouldn't stay on shower pole. Windows wouldn't shut properly so was cold. Pillows and bed was the worst I've had in years.Staff was so friendly and accommodating.Breakfast was OK, Tea came out luke warm. Food tasted weird flavour was OK.

Easy to find. Although driveways a bit narrow very close to a busy intersection, parking sufficient! The building is exquisite we got lucky and stayed in one of the annexe rooms where we could park directly in front .issues were:1 the room was very cold you had to keep the humidifier on at all times to keep from the old rooms moulding2 there was a dirty mug and spoon3 the coffee was so olds rancid that it came out in one giant dehydrated even further than dehydrated coffee should be lump4 the breakfast the next morning was adequate the sausages taste more like cornmeal than actual meat5 the only cereal on offer other than granola was Kellogg's products which I don't eat genetically engineered food zero organic option6 couldn't get a clear answer on whether or not the apple and orange juice had sweetener in it or was it made with just JuiceThe best part of this place is the incredible staff &.......! Absolutely lovely people work here . Bless themcroissants were out of this world amazing if you eat anything at this facility eat one or two or dozens of their croissants !!! Almost the best I have ever had

We booked Henbury Lodge dinning room and bar for our sons Christening celebrations. All staff were friendly, helpful offering amazing service. They listened to our requests regards food and budget. The Sunday chicken and beef roast were freshly cooked, delicious and generous portions. It was perfect location as it was a 2 minute walk from St Mary's Church. We also had access to their spacious garden but you have to go careful with the pond with young children. Thanks to all the staff for a brilliant, stress free afternoon.
