This is our go-to chipy. The staff friendly and the service is always good. 9 times out of 10 the food is fantastic, which to us is more than acceptable.

Excellent fish and chips. Staff very helpful. A little pricier than I'd usually expect, but wonderfully flakey fish and crispy batter are worth it!

Tried here a couple of times now, not really to my liking.Fish wasn’t great, not enough batter and mostly soggy not very crispy.Lots of chips for a small portion but again tasted soggy an undercooked.Curry sauce has been good in the past but didn’t have much flavour this time.The portions are good but also fairly pricey for the standard.

Peas were too soupy. Cod had skin on it. Chips could have been better. Confusing serving system and they don't advertise that they don't take card, although there is a cash machine at the petrol station nearby.

Customer service is terrible. I specifically said no vinegar on the chips and he proceeded to vinegar one the chips. When I told him he put vinegar instead of apologizing for the mistake he got angry started denying it and picked up a handful of the chips in his hands (with no gloves on during covid) and shoved the handful in my face telling me to try them. When I left the shop and got home I realised he had shorted me on my change as well. The chips weren't even nice they were under cooked and soggy. I would not reccomend anybody go here!
