Four of us went 2/4/2022 and the staff manners were lacking, they started to clear the table when we were still eating part from that the food was amazing

Whilst the food was to an ‘okay’ standard. The service was horrific, practically launching piping hot food at us. Additionally was told we were initially not allowed tap water and then it’d be coming with our meal - to no surprise it never arrived. Furthermore, our curry, rice and naan bread arrived with a 10 minute gap between each. It may be hard believe there could be anymore dissatisfaction but were then told to help clean the plates, clearing them and passing them all down, whilst also being told to carry our own rubbish to the bin (bottles, etc) whilst I didn’t expect silver service - this was far from anything of the sort. Had I not been with friends I would have not expected to pay - overall a very stressful experience.

Been coming to Jubo for years and it’s a banging curry every single time, so reasonably priced and definitely the best takeaway in Bristol. The guys in charge are so lovely as well, and willing to accommodate groups of all sizes. Highly reccomend

So this is my preferred curry house for ordering delivery, but last night was the first time I dined in, for a friend's leaving party. We had an absolutely wonderful evening, staff were very patient with our large and disorganised group, very friendly, and very organised about ensuring everyone got every part of their order. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was perfect, and the portions were spot on! It was an extremely enjoyable evening and I will definitely be returning to dine in again!

Good student deals. Great for a large party of people aswell. Curry is decent but good amount of food for the price. Also is BYOB which is fantastic as there's an off-licence basically opposite.

From start to finish this was an “experience”. A late night Indian restaurant that offers the true dated 80’s curry house experience. From the oppressive silence to stained table cloths this was not a good experience.Food was prompt, however it was delivered by a server who clearly wished he worked anywhere else & wanted us to leave. Even to the point he interrupted my friend who was discussing the menu with me to ask when we will be ordering. The food was of poor quality at best. Clearly frozen sauces that had been defrosted. The worst of it was the chicken dishes. Both chicken dishes; korma & biryani had pink chicken (see attached photos). Upon expressing this to the serve he first told me this was normal for chicken breast. I explained it certainly wasn’t & he changed his view to “having never seen pink chicken like that before”. He quickly left, leaving the dishes on the table & a loud conversation could be heard from the kitchen (due to the lack of music). He returned to tell me he would only take one dish off the bill & left again, still with the dishes on the table. When it was clear we didn’t want to eat the food any more, it was cleared quickly, though no more was said from the server. The rest of the food was flavourless with no spice or taste (bhaji, lamb Rogan, onion naan). The highlight of the meal was the frozen chips which we ordered out of curiosity of an Indian restaurant serving chips.Highly recommend to avoid at all costs

Great restaurant, we took 46 student from Bristol Snowsports club and we had an amazing time. The food is delicious, incredible value for money and the staff are wonderful, smiley and so helpful. Highly highly recommend. We will be back :)

Honestly couldn't fault this place! Great vegan options, great value, and not super greasy like most other takeaways. Beautiful flavours and very friendly staff, who gave us a few freebies as well! 20% off collection orders makes this place super affordable. Highly recommend! This is our new go to local Indian Takeaway.
