Kfc in Bristol

These guys have got the best chicken in western England and they open the earliest. Only problem u might have with them is getting addicted to their meals

The Hengrove Restaurant is the worse that I have visited. The crew is too slow; and if you order by Deliveroo, Uber Eats, forgetting your food. It will arrive in more that 2 hours. I living in Hengrove but I prefer going to Union Street or Avonmeads. It is far away but better that Hengrove. I do not understand how the Manager does not make sure to correct the order in his restaurant. Poor service

Usually its my go as it sells the best chicken out of all the KFC's in Bristol in terms of flavour and texture but I'm never coming to this store again after my latest visit. Chicken was bland, lacking flavour and looked like it needed more time to cook. Wings only had spice and no flavour from usual but it had the crunch. No straw No salt, no ketchup was given. The cup cover was the wrong size.

Not good, chicken was dripping in oil and all 10 pieces were from a very young bird, very small mostly bones hardly any meat. Chips ok but only about 10 chips per portion. Had to ask for napkins and sauce. Not impressed, won't be coming here again

Slowest place I have had the misfortune of having to use (work break times/location and not having the foresight to make a packed lunch :/)Staff are rude, abrupt and just sort of grunt at you when asking questions or enquiring about your mobile order placed 15 mins prior to getting to the restaurant. Wouldnt recommend unless you enjoy waiting around and being barked at by a majority younger staff base.

Best KFC I've been to so far, me and my dad came here from Oxfordshire to eat before a concert. We ordered our food and it was ready within seconds! Very impressed! It is also the most posh looking KFC I've been to. I would come again 😊

This place is unbelievable. If you are a wheelchair user, you have to sit downstairs on your own in an area that is meant for delivery drivers to wait. Unfortunately, the drivers like to hang around the counter instead, making it difficult and unsafe for you to place your order. There is a lift, but this is out of order. The reason for the lift not working is that there is a lot of tables, chairs and other stuff blocking the lift upstairs. The floor in front of the counter was filthy. Chips strewn across the floor. I will never visit this place again.

Their Shop was very clean and spacious (as you can see from the photos). Got the 5 99£ Deal for 20 Hot Wings and i can't say i am Dissapointed! Very good quality wings and 20 were enough for me (no sides needed).

I have ordered take away. The chicken pieces were small than the wings, cold and not good at all. I asked for mayo and ketchup. I have got only chicken and Fries nothing else. Very disappointing after long working day.
