The last meal in Bristol before we departed . I thought it would be a nice breakfast. However, we both got serious stomach problems. I have already doubted their eggs especially avocado when I was in the cafe. Just two hours, I started to throw up all food. My partner got stomach problem as well.

Absolutely lovely place to go for a bite to eat. Several menus per day and excellent food. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Particularly on a nice sunny day it’s an excellent place to get breakfast or lunch.Very good prices on the food and a nice variety of options.

Pretty hidden gem, a well kept secret indeed.First time I came for the Spanish food, which is delicious and definitely homemade. But I've come back for the good vibe of the cafe and the surroundings, its like an oasis in the middle of the city. And for the amazing selection of cakes on the counter, today I went for the nectarine, blueberry and Greek yogurt, but you could also find three other varieties. Will be returning soon!

Really cosy and chilled cafe really feels like your taking a break from the hustle of the city when you walk in. But that's not to say its not busy there's always plenty of people inside enjoying the delicous food and decent coffees. The cakes especially are heavenly . Also the staff are friendly and charming . All in all my favourite cafe in the city

One of the best places in town. The service and food are amazing. I highly recommend the Spanish omelette. Love it!

This was a delightful discovery. The place is well hidden and was welcoming and cosy on a grim January day. Half the diners were Spanish, presumably seeking a taste of home. The basque cheese cake was an indulgent treat. The chicken serrano and padron peppers (freshly cooked) in ciabatta sandwich was very tasty. The coffee too was good, needing no sugar because it wasn't too bitter or over roasted like chain shop coffees seem to be. And the staff were very friendly. I'll definitely go back to try the tortilla (huge and looking very delicious and homemade) churros (obviously!) and whatever other Spanish delights they serve up.

This café isn't known to most, so the name is indeed appropriate. It's not surprising, however, that those who do visit keep coming back. You'll find the café in the garden of St Stephens Church, which feels like a miniature oasis in the bustle of the city centre. It's a Spanish style café, with excellent food, especially the Spanish omelette, tomato and olive oil toast, and the unbeatable croquetas. The staff (who I believe own/run it together) are an absolute delight, and really add to the cosy, homely vibe of the place. Can't recommend highly enough
