M.I.S Pizza & Kebab in Bristol

Ordered at 1.30am to my hotel. Received my food at 2am And I have received everything i Ordered plus fast delivery. And the food is excellent.

I just brought a Hawaiian pizza i wanted a twelve and u gave me a 8inch it's stoned cold no i wont be coming bk to it pizza shop goodbye u call itself a pizza shop ps i hope i don't get food poison

Not sure what people are on about saying this place is bad. Its open till 3am and its super cheap food. And for the money its worth it. Chicken nuggets were amazing. Kebab was so much for so little money. Definitely will order here again soon.

Actually rate it highly. Food has always been cooked when ordered, fresh, hot and most importantly tasty. Opens till really late. Good choice on the menu.

If there was a option to choose 0/5 starts I definitely would, I would advice anyone looking to order from here to put there money else where, there food always comes stale and cold , when I say it’s literally a 7% chance that you will have your on time I mean it , example , order placed 5:30 you would only receive confirmation if that order at 6:15 then your food would not arrive until 7:30 , many times I have waited over 2 hours for my food and been very patient but how can one keep continuing to pay for food when constantly they leave you starving, honesty this company has the most brutal service

Paid £4.50 for undercooked wedges and cheese and waited 30 mins for them. The staff also got into a fight with a customer because he had been waiting for his food for an hour and they served 5 people before him. Still ate the chips but they were gross and I was desperate after a night out. Won’t go back - avoid at ALL costs.

What are they doing? What are they doing? Everyone busy busy run run cooking pizza yet no fruit produced. What are they doing? They also would not take the keys.

Quick and efficient service. Staff friendly. Looked very clean and food hygiene standards were being followed. Plus great tasting food for a reasonable price

Absolutely appalling service.The one star review is definitely not low enough, I placed an order through Uber Eats and was told to expect it to be delivered by 12:40pm. I contacted the restaurant at 1:00am enquiry as to where my food was and told my driver was only just leaving I then received a phone call at 1:30am saying that my driver was outside when he wasn’t as the postcode had supposedly taken them to the wrong place, I understand my house is a new build house and can be slightly tricky to find but I should not have received verbal abuse over the phone as he told me that it was my fault. I tried to reason with the driver over the phone and explain the situation and provide the postcode for the street over from myself so I know it would get delivered and he didn’t let me get a word in and just kept saying I provided the wrong postcode, he then proceeded to call the restaurant to where they told him to leave the food and just come on back.He then went out of his way to follow the new postcode ignoring the restaurants advice and called me once more saying that he was outside I asked his whereabouts so I could meet him and he screamed down the phone and I quote “Oh my god! Just meet me on the main road” I then proceeded to ask why he was being very rude and mentioned I was no longer comfortable meeting him and to take the food back as I no longer wanted it.It is now 2:00am and myself and my younger brother have gone hungry.Please avoid this place if you can! It isn’t worth the time & hassle.
