Mcdonalds Restaurants in Bristol

It's gotten awful the last month. I went in a few weeks my tray was left on the side and all the bags around at got prioritized. The numbers for 20 odd numbers ahead by the time I got mine. By the time I got my my friend had nearly finished his and we ordered at the same timeI went in last night and just like the previous occasion delivery drivers were prioritised over in-house customers. Once again me the friend ordered the same time and by the time my friend got his food I did nearly finished mine.On both occasions the food was cold. The service isn't good enough. The ice cream was there only thing that came out the right temperature.

Really not pleased. Was queuing in line (there was a lady in front of me being served) as it became my time to be served the shift manager Xenofan (believe that's how it's spelt) told me I couldn't get served at counter as it "sometimes" closes.... I said I don't want to touch the screens for covid reasons but was told no. The customer behind me went up to the counter and got served... this left me upset so I went and found the manager and requested his name. I know the counter doesn't close "sometimes" and definitely don't expect to turned away and then the customer behind me gets served... I'm a nice chap and no reason why I wouldn't get served.. shame on you Xenofan

The Filet O Fish gets thinner and thinner everytime when I come here. Today was just the point to make a review as the filet o fish was incredible thin and small... won't order this anymore. Also the short lady, I think the manager, was very rude. Went here today at 22:00 evening. Hope I won't have to see her again because even looking at her she does NOT enjoy her job at all.

Good quality food, however very long waits! Staff members were very pleasant and seemed very well integrated into the community.The only drawback to the store was the hooligans inside it! It's frustrating they were allowed into the store as they made quite the racket.

So I live 2 minutes from this McDonald and am new here. Whenever I walk past (especially weekend) it's incredible busy which makes me not want to go in, however, today I was craving for some McDonalds so yeah let's go. Of course a long queue, managed by the friendly lady Gabrielle. I ordered my food from the touch machine and the receit did not print out... so I went to Gabrielle and she helped me and got my receit straight away meanwhile she was also managing the long queue by herself. Amazing. Thank you so much. Also, the food is nice and hot.. best thing? The chips are HOT AND CRISPY!! Even on a busy Saturday like this the food is hot and tasty. I would definitely come back.

Very busy, staff rood if you don't like your job get another one mess my order up twice wouldn't go back there

Very busy restaurant but they do get your order out very quickly and efficiently with the bonus being the food was still hot. Staff where relatively friendly and helpful with the restaurant being quite clean.

Just had two egg and cheese mcmuffins delivered, as I'm isolating with covid - BOTH the eggs had green/ black parts. Actually cooked into it. Its disgusting, its clearly visible and you would of had to of seen them when you put the cheese in. GREEN EGGS ARE NOT OKAY! And at 7am when yall have only been open an hour - disgusting on so many levels. Naturally I've googled and mcdonalds claim its from over cooking.Don't care what it's from, just care that you actually tried to sell me green eggs. YALL ARE A JOKE!

Staff works hard and they try their best at all times. It is annoying to watch bad mannered customers causing fuss without a good reason. While waiting for my order I was watching loads of customers who behaved like they were out of their mind and tried to make up stuff many times and they are the ones who start being rude and trying to frame employees and embarrassing themselves. Such people are have mostly no class or live mostly on benefits and dont value or appreciate that they luckily receive it. If such customers cant handle that there is zero tolerance policy towards abuse and harassment from them, they should go somewhere else where someone is happy to put up with it, which is unlikely, and they cant be surprised they can be kicked out by security guard for inappropriate behaviour indicating danger to other customers.

Food came quickly and special requests were followed; however, the place was not very clean. Free tables had marks and food on them and rubbish wasn't cleared.Staff were congregating around the entrance chatting. While I was waiting for my food, someone came in off the street and started digging through the rubbish looking for food. The staff were too busy talking to notice.
