Reasonably priced flavoursome food served in a relaxed atmosphere. Bristol light festival is on and Banksy has had an upgrade.

No queue,ordered via app. All good but it looks like the amount of chicken thighs portions have decreased. Smaller pieces.

First time back in Nandos in 9 years and it was great. The service was quick but friendly. Toilets were clean (but a hike up a few flights of stairs) it was a must enjoyable experience! No complaints!

Its a nandos. Pretty standard across the board.Staff seemed really fed up and almost unhappy.Food arrived quickly.Having to order via QR code was a total pain.

This is a good standard nandos (are there any bad ones). The service is good, attentive and it is fairly quick too.The only issue may be one for me as I decided to choose the chicken thighs and the quality of the chicken was not good in that it felt rubbery and slightly tough (even for a thigh) . Others in the party had a half a chicken and they also mentioned that the chicken was "not the same" in that it lacked tenderness. I am unsure if they have changed their suppliers but I want the 5 star nandos that we are used to, the staff are great the flavour from the sauce is great, the service is great but the chicken ingredient itself seems to have reduced in quality.The chips, coleskaw, drinks, are all fine. Lets see if this continues...

I was served by a lovely cashier called Mia, her attentiveness and attention to double checking the order is accurate as well asking specifically what piece of the chicken you would like.My drinks, cutlery and sauces were delivered by a lovely young gentleman. Very polite and generally good service.Food arrived really quickly, fresh, hot and ready to enjoy. I waited 10 mins if that.I will definitely be back especially as this was my first indoor experience eating inside.Nando's you made my Sunday a pleasant one.Just go for the experience

The place was cozy and clean. The staffs were very friendly. However, the food was so so. I had the butterfly burger and it was pretty bland. The bun was pretty tough in texture. The chips were pretty salty. And it is rather pricey for the quality of food that they served. The frozen yoghurt was fine. Overall, I’m not very impressed.
