Nando's - Bristol Cabot Circus in Bristol

Oh My Days.1st time trying Nando's I will definitely be going back the food is out of this world.The staff so are happy, polite and friendly was an absolute joy having my dinner there last night.

Ordered food that came before any cutlery or glass for unlimited drinks.. go to get my drink whilst food sits on the table and the drinks machine is out of order with only coke on offer.. think we should be informed at the till if the unlimited drinks is not much offer could of ordered a bottle of something instead..

We ate in. Not too crowded. Served quickly. Good food. People also sat outside.

Very bad service!Unbearable!After entering the door, we were not allowed to change a large table indoors because we were carrying suitcases, although we had six people.After waiting for more than 40 minutes to order, they haven't served yet. After constantly asking the waiter, they still turned a blind eye and had a bad attitude.And the answer we got from one waitress after asking for hot water turned out to be that the kitchen was too busy to boil hot water.Not to mention that we even need to get the cutlery and seasonings by ourselves.(The picture is a desktop that is still empty after waiting for 40 minutes)

Went there as a little treat with my other half as people always say how good it is but I was quite disappointed with the customer service - no one came to check how the food was .My other half had chicken thighs with fries ( theirs was fine) and I had a veggie"chicken" protein burger , it came cold and wasn't very nice but that might just be down to me personally so I could let that go ....however once I had made the complaint it was almost like I had to win an argument to get the refund! I am glad I did get the money back in the end.Little side note - the coke from the self serve was also almost flat :/ not a massive issue but was not pleasant and was kind of a little cherry on top

Has Nando’s shrunk the size of their meals? The garlic bread and burger were significantly small than usual and still £15

First time back in over a year. Staff super friendly. Food all good. And now with the added bonus of these clever foot handles in the toilet 🙌🙌🙌 that made my night (yes I live a little sad life)

Love their chicken soooo much, so tender, juicy and crispy, as well as the sauce was world-class! Love this so much!! Friendly services!

Decided to pop by after picking up the step children in Bristol then doing a bit of shopping before the drive back to Cornwall.Service was really great, wait time was hardly anything. Food came out hot. Kids enjoyed it too.Went for the sunset burger with the new garlic mayo sauce. Definitely be back again.

Mildly disappointed.Don't get me wrong : the staff worked hard to keep us happy and they did a great job. The chicken (a sharing platter) was very good indeed.... but something was missing, and that something was... more chicken.There was six pieces (two butterfly breast and four small thighs) between the two of us, so it would have been nice to have had less chips and a couple of extra wings instead. We didn't leave hungry, mainly because we seemed to have had chips with a side order of chicken.But hey its Nandos and it's niiiice. ✌
