For the price of the food, I would really appreciate it if the staff started wearing gloves when preparing food. I understand that that's all they're doing but they don't even wipe their hands from one meal to the next.

Excellent breakfast sandwiches, many to choose from, ordered online after having to set up an account. Given a, specific time to collect... Best breakfast sandwiches in this location..

It's a great place for food from 7am onwards though it would be great if the limited tables were cleaned regularly and staff used gloves when handling food

This is a really good deli - both for the variety of options on offer, quality of food, and value for money. So much more than your traditional sandwich shop!

Just arrived off the Train, Walked around as Zero sign posts for pedestrians eventually saw a builder who said " Your going out of town " kindly pointed the right direction.. This lovely very friendly Cafe was very helpful and the Coffee was excellent...

Excellent food and coffee although it took quite a while to get served at a quiet time.

This is a good place to go for food but cant say roasted potatoes are nice in a Greek salad. Can't remember her name (Louise) ?? Short lady, greying hair with glasses.Didn't check the board and was trying to remember what to put in, mucked it up a couple of times. But remembered other than for some reason putting roast potatoes in.I went along with it but wish I didn't as this is pretty horrid. And I didn't have time to change as I had a few minutes for lunch.

Best for bacon sandwiches. My work colleagues and I tried a number of different options in the area (what can I say, we're connoisseurs) and kept coming back to Philpotts, because (a) value, £2.70 for a triple rasher sandwich (b) you can phone ahead and it'll be ready to collect in 15 minutes. Oh and you can ask for toasted bread, which some places won't offer. The only rivals in terms of quality seem to be Woodes, much further away on Park St, or Friska but they're (justifiably) more pricey and there's a longer wait.
