Fabulous Restaurant. We have been coming here since it opened. Great food, great staff and great location.Lovely place to visit for great food after a good session of retail therapy! Will definitely continue to visit and would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is visiting Cabot Circus.

I ordered the LINGUINE ALL’ARAGOSTA which was very disappointing (a tiny piece of lobster, most of it was the hard shell and just one spoonful of actual lobster) for £28.00. I loved the starter and the dessert though. Staff were amazing... Such an excellent service. The wine amazing!

yesterday I went to this restaurant for lunch and I have no intention of going back there again,...I was waiting 45 minutes for the starters and about 30 minutes for the mains....my spaghetti was ok..but £18.50 for 1 shrimp 3 mussels and 2 squid rings???? ridiculous.... a waiter with tattoos (I don't know the name) is not friendly and seems to be working without pleasure for what he does...very rude. I don't know what happened to this restaurant because I already ate the same food I ate yesterday and it was very well served😖

This is quite a good restaurant. We came here for business dinner and most of the dishes was quite good. Steak was done just right and the dessert was spot on as well. Service is average but attentive. Friendly waiter chatting with us to explain the wine we ordered. Place was bustling by the time we left. Definitely coming back again next trip to Bristol.P.S. if you’re into sci fi utopia novels, do check out the book on last picture which is available on Amazon. Highly recommended read while waiting for your drinks to come. 😁

Commanding a premium price tag it can't quite justify, Piccolino is nonetheless a pleasant dining experience. Despite being well staffed, service seemed chaotic with multiple errors in our drinks order (wine not arriving was a particular frustration). The food was well cooked but unadventurous, with similar establishments offering a superior dining experience for similar/lower prices it's not somewhere I would be in a rush to return to

We are visitors to Bristol and attended this restaurant at around 8pm on a Thursday evening with my wife and 6 year old Daughter. Our intention was only to have a few drinks but after an hour of a few drinks we ordered food:I’d like to add, from the start we were sat down outside by a great guy who was welcoming and gave my daughter some colouring and pens to keep her entertained without even asking. (This goes a long way when having a little one out with you for a meal)Outside seating was great with warm electric heating on every table to the point we were actually too warm (outside in December 😅)Great touch well done 👏🏻So we ordered some lasagne, farfelle with smoked salmon and chips.Service was prompt, great tasting and good portions. No complaints whatsoever.I would definitely recommend this place whether it’s just for a drink or for food.5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Well done guys keep up the good work.

Slow and rude service, will not return. This is unfortunate, as I have walked past this restaurant and always wanted to try it.Me and a friend popped in for lunch and it was busy but not packed. The good points:We ordered 2 drinks, I had a Bellini and my friend had a watermelon cocktail. Both were delicious. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated. The bad points:We ordered 2 salads which took nearly an hour to arrive. Customers had starters and mains before we had our salads. When they did arrive they were awful. Mine had mostly leaves, the woman next to us said she had the same salad and it was way more when she had it.The staff were rude and at times ignored us when we asked where our food was.In the end the manager removed the mains from our bill because of the wait, which was a nice gesture. However they left the 12% service charge which we asked be removed.Later when we went to leave we walked past the manager who blanked us and no one said goodbye or thank you.I would not recommend this place, maybe for drinks but not dining.

Ok food is surely good, I had some grilled fish and a tiramisu. Waiter and waitress are kind but I was disappointed by the service. About 40 mins to get main dishes delivered and we had side dishes delivered 10 minutes later. We had to ask more times for some beer to be delivered and there was also no attention of the replacement of the cutlery. This is not acceptable considering the level and the cost of the restaurant itself.

I loved it. The good was amazing, albeit the atmosphere was too loud for my taste and I would. Never go again on the weekend. But it was lovely to put with my partner enjoyed the treat

Visited here earlier today, cannot emphasise enough how good service is. Free prosecco and dessert as it was my birthday. Staff extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Food delicious and portion size very generous. Excellent choice on menu, very authentic! 100% recommend, you should go here.
