Pizza Go Go Bs2 in Bristol

Terrible experience tonight. Our order took an hour to arrive (we live in the city centre) and when it did it was cold and appeared to have been sat on - the box was crushed and the pizza was squished and stuck to the lid. We called to complain and were told a replacement would be sent asap. This also took an hour, and was cold, the pizzas were smaller, and one of them was the wrong pizza! When we called again to complain, the staff were rude and swore at us. Dreadful! We used to love this place but will never order again.

Pizza Go Go literally delivers the pizza I dream of. The others are a disappointment by comparison. I give five stars in spite of the delivery guy who called to say 'my pizza was outside'. I rush to the already unlocked door to find nothing and no one. I call back to find he's at the other end of the street. He then proceeds to have a go at me for not having a light shining at my house number and argue that his job is difficult in the dark and that his sat nav is defective. The whole time I'm just like "Yeah, ok. Give me the pizza." That happened I *still* give five stars.

Living really close from it I often go to buy pizza there, they often have a lots of orders and they always try to get yours fast if you order on desk

Had to explain to the driver instructions to get to my house for about 20 mins at 2am and still did not receive my food

Very nice pizza, quick delivery and friendly service. Not as crispy as I would have liked it but that’s just personal preference I suppose. Would recommend!

Great food, customer service could be a little better, but generally when we visit here we don't have problems. Sometimes staff are abrupt, not rude, just feel rushed. Place is always clean and well kept when we turn up

I have been staying away in Bristol for 3 weeks now and ordered from pizza go go 3 times once a week. And i can honestly say its the best pizza ive had. It turns up quick every time and steaming hot. So far 100% recommend lovely thank you

Very disappointed. Ordered a large pizza on JustEat which cost £15!! Ordered the margarita thinking not much can go wrong, order arrived and was totally burnt, the based was tough and chewy like cardboard. I called PizzaGoGo straight away to say how unhappy I was with the pizza and the man on the phone just told me it can’t be true that it’s burnt because they wouldn’t send it out if it was?? I wouldn’t be calling to complain for the fun of it and unless I was disappointed with my food. Now trying to go through JustEat to get a refund. Would not recommend

Order from them tonight. One of food I order was warm cookie. They are burnt outside, not cook in middle, paper stuck on cookie, very greasy and they tasted vile. I phone company and made complain. Their respond was that the different company who make them; have changed the recipes and now that how Pizza Go Go to serve their customers.Pizza Go Go didn't said sorry or offer to replacement or even send refund. We ordered two 12” pizzas and they were alright as they came out of the oven within 10 minutes of ordering. The garlic dip was nice, too. Strangely, though, they didn’t ask which sauce - out of ketchup or BBQ - we’d prefer, but went ahead and slathered one on each pie.At least the sauces went well with the toppings. Good value, even though we collected the boxes after 5 p.m. (pizzas are about 20% cheaper before that).
