Great staff, great food ,great price, highly recommend

Used for first and last time, greek salad was just like a salad without a dressing, just was tasteless had to season ourselves and add dressing, pizza was cold and just wasn't worth the money, disappointed won't use again

I order from them every week. This week they forgot to deliver some items and will not refund. Never ordering from them again. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎I know I received my missing order 50mins after everything else arrived. thanks but would prefer a refund.

AVOID!! Have been a happy customer for years until tonight. Delivered a giant puddle of cheese in a box, after calling to have rectified. Was told rather abruptly no. Not happy with that response I headed there with my newly purchased puddle in a box. When I arrived I was instantly handed another pizza. Confused and relatively content, I figured it’ll be fine. That was until I turned around after leaving to witness the most guilty look and laughing from all within... It was at that moment I knew I F@@ked up... Needless to say that pizza went straight in the bin..... It’s a shame she seems so vindictive because she’s actually quite pretty.

Absolutely lovely! A wide range of food on the menu and it taste blooming gorgeous! Will definitely order from here again 😊

Carbonara pasta was mediocre, profiteroles were great but the star was Shkembe! The tripe soup was fantastic, it came with a spicy chilli pepper on the side, white vinegar and smetana or sour cream. Honestly great soup, I couldn’t stop eating it. Needed a touch of salt and a little bit of chilli powder on top of the green chilli that came with it but it was absolutely delicious.

This place was amazing and amazing prices, the pizza was the best I’ve had in a while and the waitress was so sweet. I am honestly tempted to go back after school every day

Ordered tonight, giving them the benefit of the doubt for the mess ups we have had the last 2 times we ordered (thought this was due to lockdown lifting and them now having people to dine in the restaurant)Ordered at 17:55 was giving a time of 45-65 minutes for delivery. Time on Uber eats given and that we expected for our food to arrive was 18:50-19:10. At 19:25 we were still waiting so phoned the restaurant. We were told our food was on the way and would be 5/10 minutes. Food arrived and had missing items!!! (Typical) I rang straight away to let them know and was told the driver will come straight back. Low and behold 30 minutes later he still had not arrived. Rang again to chase, was advised they would call the driver and call me back… another 30 minutes had passed and no phone call. I phoned again, this time getting a little irate about our food! Was advised ‘they can’t get hold of the driver as they don’t know where he is’ I said this was not the first time this had happened and I wasn’t very happy, to be met with the response ‘well it’s not my fault, i’m not sat with the driver- I don’t know where he is’I advised that they are supposed to be running a business and should be able to get hold of their employees! Again I was met by a disgusting attitude from an unpleasant lady, at this point I was getting more annoyed and said it had been over an hour waiting for our bloody missing food. To receive the response ‘oh f*** off’ and the phone going dead.Rang several times and met with the same attitude swearing at me, I asked for a refund for the shocking customer service and items that had not arrived. Again told to f*** off!Absolutely disgraceful company. They need to teach their staff about customer service, we will never order and give them our custom again. If I could give zero starts I would. We will also be taking this much further, until we receive the refund and courtesy we should be met with when giving our money to a so called business.

Whole thing was awful! Firstly the app said 45-55 minutes for delivery or 15-25 for collection so we chose to do a collection! however, when you put your order through and pay, it tells you your collection time which was 65 minutes!!We went to collect our order at the time we were given to be told that we had to wait 25 more minutes!! What’s the point of having a time if it’s not ready?! ridiculous!The food was also awful, completely rushed! hardly no tomato sauce on the pizza, was so dry!the sauce with our chicken dish was like water and tasteless!Obviously won’t ever be returning and completely do not recommend! spend your time and money elsewhere!!
