They have changed the chef and I’m afraid the change has not been for the good.Food - we got the chicken and pork tacos and the American waffles with bacon and maple syrup. Tacos were identical except for the meat which tasted the same regardless of it being pork or chicken. They had a tomato base which was ridiculously spicy (no warning on the menu or when we ordered it) and some pickled red cabbage. That’s it. Very boring and tasteless. The only taste you get is the spice. The American waffles were so sweet that one of our party members said he could feel his throat getting sticky.Service - was very slow and closed to feedback. We asked if they had changed the chef as we noticed the change in the quality of the food and instead of offering a solution, they got defensive.Atmosphere - music was so loud you could barely hear the person in front of you.Value for money - too expensive for what it is.I would’ve recommended the place before but not anymore!

Very friendly staff, great food. Not very child friendly menu ..but we managed to give him something. Staff were very accommodating and happy to give us chips with no salt etc. And the little man loved the sweetcorn fritters!

Nice place for lunch or dinner at the city centre. The girls who served us were very friendly. We tried the chicken burger which was very good. The potatoes which are purchased separately are big enough for two people. Also there are a few good options of soft drinks like homemade iced tea, lemonade etc, for those who don't want to drink any alcohol.

Also had an oat cappuccino, best coffee in ages!! Daughter had the buttermilk chicken and waffles, gorgeous too! Will be her favourite local and I'm going to be back when I next visit!
