ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING place! It’s dirty, moved some tables for decorations and I had chewing gum on my hands. Staff was shocking. Not helpful at all. The owners friend who arrived at a private party, drunk, begin to abuse my 73 dad… grabbed my 21 year old daughter…. And throw a glass over my 80 year old mums head at the wall. Police are involved. Avoid the place at all cost!

Sadly not as good as pre Co-vid times. Staff still lovely and friendly but food and 'hot drinks all just warm. Even allowing for staff shortages Totos will need to get back to previous good standards.

Attended an office party there. Nice room with an outside area and good views over the water. Food was a buffet in one corner, food quite good and everyone seemed to enjoy it, mushroom were probably the best thing. Bar was OK, but not the biggest selection.Biggest problem for me was the sound, the music was very loud, I ended up partially loosing my voice and had difficulty hearing people, however that's probably the party organisers fault not the venue

The staff was friendly and the environment great. Nice place to book for a birthday party or an event.

·

Good service bar staff friendly food wasn't the best but edible not bad for pub lounge .

·

Lovely place on the harbourside.. Perfect place for catching up with friends in convivial surroundings..

·

Staff really friendly and accommodating. Blankets to keep the chill off whilst sitting outside a great idea. People who have used them and then stolen them - shame on you, bring them back!

·

Excellent bar/venue. Been to a couple of events and just for drinks. Great location and friendly staff

Out on a Bristol Harbour cruise on the Bristol Packet with work colleagues we stopped here for a spot of refreshment ashore. The bar was quiet when we arrived and service was swift, as the weather was good we sat on the terrace overlooking the harbour but there us a reasonably spacious interior.

Very pleasant riverside location with a lot of outside seating. I've been there 3 times and I'd give a mixed review of the food of good, OK and excellent for the three times I visited. The pizza is the meal that I rate excellent. The pizza crust was more Italian-style, while my chosen topping, meat feast, was more American style. The pizza was beautifully crisp and thin, as it should be, while the meat tasted really fresh and absolutely delicious. It was the best meat feast pizza I've had anywhere. The food that I rate OK was the basket meal of scampi and chips. That was unexciting but edible. The meal that I rated as good was a burger. It wasn't the best I've had but it was good and satisfying. Generally, this is a really nice place to spend a summer evening.
