Souk Kitchen in Bristol

One of the best meals out I've had in a long time. A beautiful complexity of flavours that was unexpected. But so nice to find. We'll be back for sure.

Fabulous mothers day lunch with my lovely daughter. Food was delicious especially the chicken and beetroot dishes.

I never usually take the time to write reviews because I have not visited anywhere that I feel is worthy of a mention in particular. Having said that, this restaurant blew my expectations out of the water and not only delivered great customer service but the most stunning food I have eaten in a very long time. The decor was fabulous, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was great. I think I found my new favourite restaurant

The food was absolutely amazing - however some of the waiting staff were really rude and clearly wanted us to leave. They rushed our end of the meal and didn’t offer any more drinks. We were a group of 8 so understand we were taking up a lot of the restaurant - but if you can’t manage a large group don’t take them.

Excellent. We went early at 6pm. The waiter who I presume was the owner was very personable and chatty. We ordered flatbread and hummous, 4 veg dishes + prawns, skate and liver. A couple of beers and a bottle of wine. 10% service charge was added. £116 between 3.The food was excellent and flavoursome. We ate all of it but were all full. Dishes arrive regularly in true mezze style. Nice ambience. Very happy with the whole experience. Would go again.

Booked or so I thought through res diary, arrived for special meal with daughter, no booking, apparently now using dish cult. My fault however customer service very poor, just shrugged shoulders no attempt to offer an alternative time or a smaller window to eat as restaurant half empty. Very disappointed customer.Looking again res diary is part of dish cult. Had email from dish cult requesting password confirmation at time of booking but with no reference to confirming the booking through them.

Great Mediterranean mezze. Every dish was delicious, would recommend the Halloumi. We had about 7 dishes between 2 of us.The part that let the meal down, and this also happened the previous time I have been too, was that the waiter refused to write any of the order down, so there was items missing. As the dishes come when they are ready it is difficult to realise until the end that dishes were forgotten.

Absolutely brilliant. Went for lunch with friends and shared 5 dishes between 2 which was a generous lunch. Every dish was tasty and unique in flavour, spices were perfectly balanced and would recommend to everyone. Even my fellow meat eater said the veggie dishes were the best.

You can never go wrong with Souk Kitchen - the food is always on point, the staff are friendly and the Persian/Moroccan tea is super wholesome.

Just had a late lunch at Soukkitchen and it was AMAZING! The service was great, really quick and friendly. But the food was even better! Each small plate that came out was both delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Portions are really generous for small plates, very good value for the price. Would highly recommend the pork belly and halloumi.
