Love this place the food is so good. We had their steak and pork ribs which were awesome, along with their Jack Daniel sauce kind of their exclusive and is a next level stuff right there. Cocktails were awesome too. Their hospitality was pretty damn good and all of them were very friendly and kind.

Very bad experience. They do not respect allergies. Well the waiter most certainly didn't. We informed him of our allergy before ordering and he ended up giving us false information and we only found that out due to doing our own research and speaking to another member of staff because we did not trust him.The nachos were very poor. Not good value for money. Spoken to with disrespect and ignored multiple times by our waiter. At the end of the day if someone has an ellergy they're not doing it to be difficult. It is if anything more difficult for that person having to live with it.I wanted to give 2 stars because the drinks were quite nice but due to the service and the allergy situation I can't offer any more than one.If you want a pleasant meal, worth your money and kind service. Do not go here.

The food has gone really down hill. The suppliers from what I was told. I can believe this as the steaks used to be fat and juicy. Now they're like a Tesco special. Flat and grissly. None of the sauces. Everything tarted up with sirachi sauce. Half of the the cocktails due to Covid of all thing. Didn't even finish our meal. Wont be back again. The only reason for 2 stars is because the bartender was sound.

Didn’t eat, so review is only on experience at front door. We popped in after a trip to the cinema, asking for a table (family of 5, 3 kids under 9). Restaurant was more than 50% empty. Matradee was really not helpful. Very short with us and not accommodating at all, said they could only accommodate at 9pm as they were fully booked (this was at 20h15). Can’t be expecting children to eat after 9pm. Surprised to walk by an hour later after eating at another restaurant, and it was more empty. Won’t be booking there in future.

Was in Bristol on a shopping trip with my sister-in-law and her mam, who has coeliac disease and booked here for lunch. The staff were amazing and very accommodating to her needs. The food was amazing and we had a lovely afternoon. Would definitely go back there 😊

Had a great time here enjoying an exceptional meal. Was served by a fantastic young Polish guy whose name I can't remember and also met Shaun from behind the scenes in the kitchen. These two are customer service perfection, polite and friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and wines, professional and without appearing like some middle aged Rose West wannabe they were as tasty to look at as my meal. Would highly recommend a visit here. 5 star quality value and service.

Excellent service and great cocktails, the beef short ribs were delicious. Staff handled a guy who had seriously miscalculated how much alcohol he could handle really well, they were genuinely concerned for his well being.

Good food, good service. Waiter was very helpful and friendly. Food was of a good standard and presented well. The drinks were tasty!Price is okay for what you get, after all, it is Friday's.Tables were clean and there is good social distancing measures in place.Booking a table is recommended as lots of the tables have been cut off.We had much better service here than we did at Cribbs! We would definitely use this one from now on.

Our waitress was, by the looks of it new, and wasn't sure on a lot of things, but all of our food was hot and lovely! The drinks could have done with mixing, as with a lot of ours the alcohol wasn't mixed well with the mixer. Have to say the cocktails were amazing!!

Love TGI and eat in them all over the country but for once I went to my local one and it was amazing. Love the venue with the open kitchen , music playing , excellent waiters and the food is bang on. Definitely one of my favourite chains and can't wait for my next one 👌🏻
