Ignorant staff. Accidentally ordered the wrong order due to dietary requirements. The new item was cheaper and the “manager” there refused to refund my order or change my order. Insisted on me just giving the change of £2 away. In the end after arguing, he agreed to give fries for the change.Bad customer service. Staff needs to be trained, wont recommend it.

Nice place for a wrap. It's filling but could be more flavourful. Hence a 4 star ⭐

Never again. Should have listened to my gut when we walked in and were ignored by the cashiers. I am now listening to my gut which is protesting against the undercooked lamb.Went in for a quick bite. 25 minutes later we got our food. Bare in mind we ordered 2 wraps. When I asked how long it would be after 20 minutes I was told they were just heating it up.As sit in customers, and according to the TV which says when food is ready, it was clear all the food delivery drivers were getting served before us.2x more expensive than McDonald’s, 5x the wait, and 100x less delicious (or, inedible).

We stood waiting to have our order taken for good 10 minutes while staff was just literally doing nothing and ignoring us.The staff was very rude and when asked questions about food replied with sarcasm and rudeness with one word answers.Food portions are tiny, chips were very stale and cold you can see in the photo £3.50 for that portion is a joke.The gyros were cold , dry and not good.It was our first time trying Greek gyros and honestly this has not been a good experience. Will not recommend this place to anyone.When you get orders worth nearly £40 you expect some quality...The kebab shop outside offers better food

They ran out of lamb. So got the chicken instead. It was moist and the pita was crispy! They did it well 👏

Ordered a Collection using their website.When we arrived we did have to wait at the busy cashier queue, but i can happily say our food was ready and the person at the till gave it to us straight away when it was our turn.A lot of people will complain about their prices, if you are on a budget, try the "Skepasti"; its great value for money!Food was good in quality and plenty in quantity.

Food standard here is very poor. It's a very busy taka taka and I believe the staff struggle with the amount of orders. Last two times I have had raw souvlaki (first chicken and second pork) which I believe is down to the quickness they need to get out orders. Unfortunately, I accidently ordered from this one than the superior Harbourside venue, never again! Staff are super rude in there anyway.Get a food thermometer.
