The Bay Horse in Bristol

Multiple mess ups across 4 food orders .Clueless staff.Don't order on the app or else you'll have to wait 30 mins before getting told the app doesn't print at the bar.Pubs gone downhill massively in the last year.

It was a nice place to sit and have food with the girls after some shopping in town, unfortunately the food wasn't grate. One ordered fish and chips and it was really soggy on the bottom and cold in the middle (it was cooked). Another ordered the katsu chicken burger and the chips taste like they have been cooked in dirty oil and was not very nice. The prices are reasonable for food and drink and the staff are very friendly, we didn't feel we need to complain as it wasn't all bad. I had a chicken and bacon sandwich which was lovely. O wouldn't go back again for food but would definitely go back for drinks with friends.

First time visiting with my mum who’s been here plenty of times, the staff member at the bar was very friendly and had served me with a smile. He was very helpful when I was ordering my food and drinks for the table and made me feel very welcome will definitely be visiting again as I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious

Good central location with nice drinks and relaxed atmosphere. Just a shame about the arrogant barman who served me upon arrival. The other bar staff were great

I come to this pub atleast twice a year when I come to Bristol to visit family. I always find that the staff are very friendly & helpful & the food is absolutely gorgeous.. can't fault it in any way

Best Fish Finger sandwich I've ever had! My girlfriend had the chicken platter and she also said the chicken was the best she's had out before. Friendly staff and warm atmosphere, will definitely be visiting again👍🏻

It is very annoying go to a bar and no one attend to you or tell you that you have to order through an app. After ordering the food there was missing cutlery and there was no one to help you and you have to go looking for a waiter. It is good to modernize, but the personalized attention in a restaurant is important and more when the service is not good

Had great food and customer service. I had the steak pie which was great. Passed the veg to the wife who had a different pie. The service was quick and efficient and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Additionally was able to use the BlueLightCard to further reduce the cost. Great selection of drinks wife especially liked the raspberry cider.

Fantastic food with a great price. A good variety of food on offer here.Good drink selection as well.The staff are super friendly and welcoming.The decor is nice. Plenty of tables.Very clean and tidy.Toilets are upstairs.A favourite place of mine in town to come for a quick drink.
