Great music, watched a live band. They did two sets. Huge range of people and ages. Bar staff were fast and polite.

Good staff, love the fact that aren’t sad as most of the bar, good place to take a coffee and great chef!!

I had a full English breakfast on Saturday morning. It was one of the best breakfasts I have had. Excellent quality and piping hot, I often find bought breakfasts to be a little to cold for me. The staff were friendly and really helpful.

Very busy and difficult to get served, but the cocktails were very nice. Staff were quite blunt and rude to us and each other.

Been here a few times never can go wrong . A nice place to come and chill though out the week but busy on the weekend. Plus lovely service from all the staff.

Very cheap bar, less than 4 quids for a gin and tonic. Brilliant and very personable service from our vet-studen waitress

Not great. We visited here for a quick meal on our way back from South Wales (hear good things about this place). However we had to wait nearly two hours for our food, which consisted mainly of Pizzas, nachos and chips. Unfortunately we were not told there would be any delays to our food and we did not expect this as the place was not very busy with other people eating (maybe thats why!!). As the food began to trickle out of the kitchen we noticed the quality wasn't not what we were expecting, with one of the Pizzas burnt and another containing plastic( a full refund was given and complementary drink). The currywurst topped fries (pictured) did not appear to taste of currywurst at all.In the end we had to leave as we still had a 2 hour drive ahead of us. We had to cancel one loaded fries, which we received a full refund for and one of the Pizzas had to be boxed up for the journey. On a positive note, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. All in all a pretty poor experience unfortunately. I don't doubt this would be a good place to share a few drink at with friends, as it seems to have a good atmosphere. However, don't expect great things if you are ordering food.
