Great pub. Good prices, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Very good COVID compliance. Especially attractive for the metal crowd. Update: pub is so friendly and reasonably priced. Bands!

Great music, good beer. Good atmosphere. Got busy later on.

First time there, to watch Goat Major plus 3 more bands for a fiver. Great range of beers, including Non-alcoholic for me. What I really loved was the playlist - some absolute bangers from Carcass, At the Gates. If you like metal, live near Bristol then you should really make the effort and check it out.

Nice metal pub. Second floor with live music which is a plus. Great playlist if you are into metal. Great selection of beers but overpriced.

Friendly vibe, great music, nice and busy without being overcrowded. Decent beer too, although only three real ales. The sound upstairs was good and the staff were ace. Seemed expensive to me as an out of towner, but I'm told it's not for Bristol! Will definitely visit again when next in town.

Pub seemed to be cool. Good music playing (metal). But I went to see some bands and the room was tiny. And with ticket sales not being on the door, I doubt many paid to listen to the music they could clearly hear. Good beer and the staff were pretty cool

Awesome venue. Great bar staff and a good variety of drinks. Loved the agua bombs. Told one of the locals it was a cute bar because its small, he wasn't happy haha.If you love metal music and friendly people this is for you.

The only metal bar in Bristol that actually played metal the whole time we were there. It's small but a good place for metal heads to hang out. They have a stage upstairs for live music. An added bonus was the drinks were cheap too!

It's so great to be back in one of my favourite pubs in Bristol 💚 you can see and feel all the hard work that's gone into the place over the last year. Amazing drink selection (as always) and a great atmosphere.
