The Mall Deli Cafe in Bristol

An amazing selection of different foods, ideal for a picnic or tasty lunch. I have lots of allergies and they were so accommodating and lovely about them, which isn’t something that happens often when I eat out. The food we chose was absolutely delicious!! Thank you so much 🥗🥪

This is literally the best deli I have ever come across. I moved to Bedminster but I still come here. Ploughman's sausage roll and smokey Joe scotch egg and toastie of the day are key highlights.

Review is not related to the quality of the food or service. It is a reflection on them no longer allowing paying customers who use their seating area to use the toilet. Legally I thought they had to provide toilet facilities if you are sat down to eat but they must get around that because it's outdoors. Please reverse this decision as you already have the facilities-------------------In response to your reply, as I can't seem to reply directly, I appreciate you responding to me.The 1 star review reflects how not providing toilet facilities (which you actually have, and just need to allow people to use) can affect people. You may only have a perch table inside but you have 3 tables with chairs outsideFrom my knowledge Clifton village only has one public toilet which is a 7-10 minute walk away for someone able bodied, a potential 20 minute round trip. In my view it's important that businesses don't shirk their responsibility in providing toilets and it's actually counterintuitive for you not to provide them, as you're essentially forcing people to leave.In terms of asking your staff, I did, I spoke with two of them who said I couldn't use it, but had to go to the public toilets. There wasn't a reason given however I didn't ask.I am more than happy to increase the review, if you do end up changing your policy.

Can recommend the pasties, pies, scotch eggs, sausage sandwiches, coffee and hot chocolate - from personal experience.A shop full of delights.

Really lovely and friendly, good food and drinks. Just wish they had more space/staff as the wait can get long at peak times

Staff are SO lovely here. Really patient answering my thousands of questions about all the products, making sure our coffee and hot chocolate orders were okay and not too hot for the kids. The scotch egg was so good too, not too dry and really tasty. Seasonal Sausage roll was also enjoyed and reviewed as better than Gloucester services 😂 Thanks team.

I bought a beautiful hamper as a birthday gift from the Mall Deli recently. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and found the time to put it together that same day. The lunches are also absolutely delicious!

Always a favourite - the sausage rolls/fresh sausage baps in the window are always my downfall! Lovely friendly staff and such a great range of produce - a perfect place to treat yourself or to pick up a gift for a foodie friend.

Very nice place with big variety of cheese and chutney. Lovely staff and very nice pie. Also the best Chai latte I ever had (dirty chai).
