Good food and good experience would definitely go there again.

Vegan pasty was a bit dry but perfect for train journeys. The staff, especially Natalie was delightful!

·

Great service, excellent pastries, perfect temperature.

I thought the pasty was a tiny bit dry but great and the guy who served me was really friendly. I took the pasty home to eat which was a good 15min train trip followed by a 30min walk - in winter - the pasty was still hot at home. Recommended!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE , THIS PLACE IN INHUMANE AND A SCAM , after a long day of travelling I was starving and this was the only place open due to how Kate it was , I bough a chicken and mushroom pastry and there wasn't a trace of chicken nor mushroom ,I think it was horse meat , there wasn't even a dash of salt and this cost me 5.99 pounds , left a very bad taste in my mouth for the rest of my journey and I think this place should be avoided ,the only reason I'm giving one star is because customer service was decent enough tho

Awful. I bought a vegan pasty last week, approx 1730hrs, they obviously don't sell many but have loads on the hotplate. £5.40 for a horrible, overheated pasty. I should've thrown it away after the first bite. I have never been so ill. Stomach cramps, D&V etc. Still suffering over a week later. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered on ubereats, so paid over £10 in all for a pasty, small bottle of coke and wedges, but they were substituted for a packet of crisps. The pasty tasted ok apart from being molten hot and burning my tongue. I had a reply fom the pasty shop saying it clearly states the wedges may be substituted, but when I looked this not clear until you delve a little. Anyway it is normal to remove unavailable items from the online menu, not difficult. I think it's a scam to make more money. Interested to know if anyone else had this experience.

10 minutes ago I asked for a giant chicken and mushroom because I don't eat beef.. paid £6 and whatever I got it definitely doesn't have chicken nor mushrooms! They don't have many choices there and yet such huge mistake! Wouldn't recommend at all.

Okay so I read the reviews about this place and thought it can't be that bad! But it was. It wasn't enough that the staff can't be bothered, the food may have been a smidge undercooked or the general hygiene of the place! I definitely would NOT recommend eating here! The pasty was so dry and tasted awful! Maybe try another place. way too pricy for the food your given! I asked for a large steak Cornish pasty and got a bite size one in return!

I stopped using this shop when I saw a member of staff pick food up off the floor and not put it in the bin, but with that team member nowhere in site I thought I would give them another try. Ordered a black coffee and a bacon roll. One member of staff asked the other if they made my coffee black, colleague says yes, they both laugh and hand me the white coffee. I didn't realise until I was off on the train. If this was my only issue I wouldn't post this but the roll also contained one slice of bacon adding more disappointment to my early commute!
