I recommend the Cider tasting boards... they used to be better value, but are still a bit of fun and a great way to try different/new ciders. The Stable is known for cider and pizza... the pizzas are tasty but also a little pricey, at ÂŁ12-15 each (especially since all sides are an additional ÂŁ4+ each on top). The staff are friendly, though can be rushed off their feet when it's busy....It's recommended you book tables in advance.

Excellant place for a thin crust pizza. Friendly efficient staff. Plus a brilliant location

It's a boiling hot day in Bristol, and I was in need of a beverage and some food, so I popped in here. I enjoyed a cider and a nice pizza. Quite busy. The Stable, despite its name, contains no horses. As it is located right by the harbourside, I took the greatest of care not to end up in the water again like in 2020.

So here I am, 1 week after coming back from Italy and I can say this has been the best pizza I have had in a long time. My order got mixed up and there was no debate, I was given exactly what I ordered and the wine was above and beyond for what I was expecting. I brought my friends here and we have had a the best night. Highly recommended and will be coming back

Amazing stonebaked sourdough pizzas, nice small menu and good selection of beers and ciders. Fair prices and great location.

I like the idea that you can sit and order just scanning QR code on the table. I had vegetarian pizza and was ok but dough itself was crunchy but tasteless I wonder if maybe they gave me gluten free base 🤔 as the colour was very white also. Anyway pizza looks better than taste but if you came for drinking should be fine;)

Best pizzas ever!! They also do amazing fresh gluten free pizzas which are hard to come across. Amazing range of drinks and lovely staff. Our pizzas were a little longer than usual but the loveliest bar member in light pink trousers (shoutout to you) kept coming over with updates. Amazing service and great food!

It was an indication on how the evening would progress when the waitress asked for our order before giving us any menus. There were only 7 of us and as it was midweek the place wasn’t full, but that didn’t reflect in the service. The starters were specifically asked to arrive with the mains - didn’t happen, starters were the only food that arrived warm, took a while for them to arrive but they did arrive about an hour before the mains. When the mains finally arrived nobody was complimentary of the food and we had to wait a long time for the tata tots to appear and even longer for the salads - salad was quite possibly sourced from the garden of Eden.Normally this would be the lowest rating from me, but they accepted they had had an epic fail and cleared our food and drinks bill.Would I go back, probably not, should you go, maybe, if you like their pizzas and are willing to take a gamble it’ll be worth a punt.

We were looking for somewhere to eat after being let down on a booking and came across The Stable. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable, the staff were friendly, attentive and seemed to be genuinely happy to help. Amy served us and was an angel! To top it off there was AMAZING live music! Would come back in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone
