The Victoria in Bristol

Wow what a great pub. So glad I could bring my dog along and enjoy the weather in the stunning garden with my friends and the wonderful staff. They won’t be able to keep me away once they start doing pizzas 🤪

What a fabulous pub that was completely dog friendly, warm and welcoming. We ate hearty pub food- pie and mash, fish and chips, followed by a tasty chocolate torte. Staff were friendly and efficient and all facilities were clean and easily accessible.

Really good vibe here. Had a cracking Sunday roast with unlimited free top ups on veg, yorkshires and gravy. What's not to love?! Staff were very friendly and laid back, and the terrace out back has great views over Bristol. Can't wait to go back in summer!

Don’t be fooled by 5 star reviews. As a local to Bs3 for many years this was a great pub. It had great staff, drinks, vibe and setting. However, under new management post lockdowns the bar staff weren’t friendly, didn’t know the drinks they had or how to make them, despite offering specials on a drinks menu on the bar, the food has gone from very decent produce to generic below par food. I certainly won’t be coming here again and am saddened at such a beautiful spot and building with incredible potential In a prime Bs3 location being treated in this manner.

The Victoria Park has recently been taken over by new management and I must say they are doing a fantastic job. The menu is fantastic and the quality of the food exceptional. Good range of drinks and views to die for. The bar staff were attentive and friendly, cant ask for much more. A great hidden gem in Bristol

What happened?!?! This Sunday roast was beyond disappointing. We were here two years ago and it was the best roast of my life. I was so excited to return and it was the first reservation I made when returning to Bristol.Service was kind but slow. We felt bad for him, he was clearly weeded and we went most of the meal without drinks, because we couldn’t even flag him down.The roast itself couldn’t be cut through. There wasn’t enough gravy to make it edible. We were basically served a popadom instead of Yorkshire pudding. So crispy. The past pictures you see are not reflective of what you’ll be served now. Save your money and go somewhere else. It was once on every top roast list but you have to understand it’s not the same quality now.We asked for a takeaway box (was going to throw it in a soup to save it) and there were no boxes. HOW?! This meal was expensive and didn’t meet standards.

Me and my friends came across this pub whilst out walking the dog around Victoria park. The food was great and came out in good time. Staff were friendly and inviting. The beer garden has amazing views across Bristol and there is treats and toys available to keep your fur babies occupied. Well definitely return.

Absolutely stunning food and the hospitality was amazing. Great menu and a fantastic atmosphere. Such a great hidden gem! Highly recommend you start with that mini camembert too! Well worth the drive from Caerphilly! Thank you so much and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Really nice pub, lots of bar garden and indoor seating. Beautifully decorated. Good reasonably priced menu.

As I been too many times I can guarantee the Sunday Roast is one of the best in Bristol. The local inside is like others pubs but the terrace is really cozy and from few time ago they set up a tents to cover the tables.
