·

Excellent place to visit with children. Loads of really interesting science based exhibits which they can get involved with. Kept our granddaughter amused for over two hours. Very interesting for adults as well.

·

Came fir breakfast at 8: 30am you would not know it was open no visible staff around. Went to order found 1 team leader with his back to the bar had to say excuse me to get attention. Was not interested in serving me not helpful when asked a question.Food was good the person who brought the food was very polite and helpful.

Stopped here for breakfast. The food was good and tasty and the staff were polite and helpful. The furniture is in dire need of updating though with the settees stained and grim. Also sticky carpets which isn't the best.

·

Party of 6, orders for 3 arrived, had to chase last two orders, which were just sitting on side. Also had to chase cutlery, when received food going cold. Rather disappointed as previous visits were excellent.

·

We go in here every time we visit Bristol but today the service was very poor. We ordered via the app and waited over 15 mins and it wasn't busy. Our drinks were poured but left at the end if the bar fir at least 10mins, and no one else was being served, shabby to say the least

·

Like a typical wetherspoons pub.. staff seemed friendly enough. Good priced drinks with a large selection.Plenty of tables in a very large pub.Carpets needs a clean due to sticking to them. Large menu again at not bad prices.Probably will be very busy on a Friday/Saturday evening.

·

For service, the quality of the pint and food at the price it's a five. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the Nandos style Piri-Piri Chicken and their Ultimate Burgers are tasty and filling... as this is a Wetherspoons, the toilets are up two flights of stairs so make sure you bring your mountaineering gear if you need the loo 😅

·

Went there for breakfast, before Panto at Hippodrome, nicely cooked, not greasy excellent .There was 8 of us,but one didn't get her breakfast with rest of us,thats why only 4 stars.Love their hot chocolate, delicious.

·

Food ok but they were not wiping down and cleaning the tables or chairs after people had left only clearing them of plates which is a bit worrying.

·

Service was extremely slow despite there only being three other tables. Ordered a burger and the bun came out charred which left a rather gross taste - my friends beef burger came out pink. Both meals went cold very quickly and were brought out only warm.Drinks weren't brought to the table until after the food came out, and had to be asked about. The male server who dealt with our drinks, however, was nice.
