Absolutely appalling. The food was not fresh what so ever. I had to send my meal back just to get the same quality of food, which was not good. Being a manager of a restaurant myself I would of gave them a full refund. The most unfortunate thing about my experience here was the fact they accused my of not paying even tho my payment went through twice! So not only did I pay for food which was inedible I had to pay a second time with no refund what so ever due to the system being down. They also didn’t explain that half of the products where out of stock so the food was not fresh, burnt the first time and missing the key ingredients. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! My friends and family are shocked and won’t be coming here again. Wouldn’t even give this one star if I could help it

Very tasty Japanese-style cuisine. Cool ideas for vege people. The service is very nice and friendly. A good place for a getaway with friends or family. I recommend a good brand. Of course the prices could be slightly lower.

Located on second floor Cabot circus Bristol around multiple brands Shopping CentreUsually crowded in weekends. The food is satisfactory. Have some vegan options.

Wagamama used to be one of my favourite places. Not any more. Cold food which had to be returned. Even questioned by server despite it being obvious that the temperature of the food was inadequate. One main course discounted. However when the bill came charged for the second one. Subsequently also discounted but this should never have been charged originally. Sadly will never be returning. Dismissive staff with the wrong attitude in this environment

Queued but expected on a Friday. Served by the manager who was condescending to my partner about her wheat intolerance. Some of the glasses were dirty and smoothie was warm. Katsu curry good but steamed buns dry (didn't appear to have any of the mentioned mayo). Had to ask twice for tap water. Partner's dish arrived comically late (I know they come out at different times) and rice noodles were hard/uncooked and therefore inedible - had to be returned to the kitchen. Left as soon as we could.

Negatives: Long wait time, side came out after main, bottled beers not cold, horrible smell near kitchen, tea cups are all stained glasses not clean, , food quite bland, overpriced, not many options due to kitchen equipment not working.I got sprayed with antibacterial spray when the manager was rushing to clean table next to us to allow next people to sit, overcrowded place imo, feels like an open food market with the layout,Positives: waitresses/waiters courteous, respectful and on the ball.

Great location. The food was amazing. The vibe was off the hook. Will definitely go there again.

First time back since advent of covid and it certainly lived up to my memories as my favourite chain restaurant, well joint First with Hawkmoor. Every bit as delicious as I remembered and tried a different meal, the yaki udon which was perfection itself and is my new favourite as was the squid with chilli dip. Can’t wait to return

A bit of a wait to get seated, but this is probably due to high demand. The atmosphere is quite nice and relaxing. The food was good, although my order got mixed up. Overall, I enjoyed myself and will probably go here again

The atmosphere was good and the music wasn’t so loud that we had to shout to be heard. Service and staff were professional, the food was delicious and well presented, the evening was excellent and we would certainly go again.
