I had a good experience at Wagamamas, though this time the kitchen was understaffed and it took about an hour to get my food. I can't complain about the quality though, my donburi was perfect as well as the Tami squid. They also do an amazing cheesecake. The staff were also very apologetic about the food being delayed, a lovely service.

Didn't get to eat as the kitchen was shut down due to a fire next door but the staff were amazing

This is no reflection on the service that was provided for us - staff were courteous and did their very best. However the restaurant was running very understaffed, meaning we waited for over an hour for a table and when we arrived back, were told that there were no available tables for the evening. A whole section of the restaurant was shut off. When we were eventually seated, thanks to the kind waitress who made it possible, we were sat below a vent turbocharging hot air onto me. We obviously couldn't ask to move tables given the situation. When it came time to order food, a lovely waitress had to categorically reject several items in both drinks and food ordering - no sprite, no wine, no chilli squid, no orange, no udon noodles. All of these are favourites of so many customers. This is the third time I've visited a Wagamamas and there have been a shortage of dishes. When the food arrived, it was lovely, cooked with care. But not one thing I originally ordered was available. Won't be returning for a while unfortunately.Would like to reiterate that the staff were lovely and did everything they could but being short staffed is a bigger issue, especially on a weekend.

Amazing food 5/5 would eat there again

Absolutely terrible experience. Dirty glasses, no soft drinks available, no ice for water, cold terrible looking food..and a manager who hid in the back rather than facing and dealing with the issues. Paid and left without eating. NEVER AGAIN! Also horrible to see the chef and waiters outside the front door smoking on the way in. What has happened to the hospitality industry.

had the yasai rice noodles and yasai katsu curry both were nice, however felt the katsu was a bit dry. Unfortunately didn’t enjoy the aubergine and mushroom bao bun wasn’t much flavour and very dry :(

·

I had a really good coconutty prawn curry. The staff were really helpful with finding a meal option for my gluten/dairy/soy free friend. The place is so much nicer now with screens between tables.

Great amount of vegan options available.Usually have the yasai katsu curry or vegatsu which are absolutely delicious, best katsu sauce I've tried! Also had the udon noodle dish too which was lovely. I love their rice and the salad they include is a great feature to the curry's.Loveeee the bang bang cauliflower, gyozas and wok fried greens (haven't tried any other starters)Look forward to eating here again

Place is nice and clean. Have got some style definitely. Staff is friendly but unfortunately at the top of this you are coming there to eat.We have ordered various meals. My Wife really enjoyed vegan meal. My daughter and I not so much. Chicken was really dry I felt I was eating fried bacon. My daughter left all the chicken as she couldn't chew it :)Also I was expecting bigger portion for the main meal.At the end I would say this place is ok.
