Toilets were clean and in order. Waitress in station provided gluten free sandwich although not vegan. Starbucks has restricted milk options and no gluten free food

What a shame. First time stopping here and the last time. 9pm of an evening and the place was like a derelict shopping mall. Nothing open bar Burger King. Pretty dreadful. KFC staff helping Burger King keep up with demand (no idea why KFC was shut?).Yeah, bit of a let down.

What can I say, plenty of parking and wasn't too busy. Needed a break from driving, used the toilets, discusting , smelly and dirty. Went to get a bite to eat, chioce, subway, burger King, KFC and other. First of all the self service ordering screens where not all working and the one I used didn't print the ticket. Tables in the eating area where not clean, the rubbish bin was full to the brim, and the KFC order was slow, chips where hot filet burger was not. Got a cup of coffee from Starbucks, all good and what you would expect. I would not recommend this services as a good place to stop unless you are desperate. Shame, as could be a nice place if where managed correctly.

I went there a few days ago on my way back from Bristol. The bathrooms were clean and pleasant enough however when I entered a cubicle the lock was not really doing its job and as a result I was sat on the toilet and the door opened and I met the gaze of a stranger's eyes; we are now engaged (just kidding!) 😋. Fix that door latch, please!

Clean and tidy, most of the food court was closed as there was an amber weather warning for wind. We used the toilets and burger king. The toilets were clean and mostly maintained and the burger king was what you would expect...

Food quality is cheap and stale - way over priced £12 for a breakfast and cuppa tea.Gave me a cup of tea with no milk obviously the lid was on which resulted in me scolding my mouth with boiling hot water when I asked if there was any milk the bloke behind the counter told me “I dunno where it is mate”.Woman behind the counter seemed like she was the only one who was coping with her job.Worst breakfast I’ve ever had hands down. Do not recommend.

I mean what can you say about a motorway services. Was good mate? Had a wale of a time bud. There was a floor and even a roof. Thanks gordano for providing a lovely roof. Looked great and that.

Stopped here for food on a long journey. I've avoided over the years as always too busy but figured 7.30 on a Saturday night should be OK. Was....disappointing. Glass panels in the toilets were all cracked. Bit of very bad design there. Hey Ho, went to get food. Found KFC and others shut. Only place open was burger king. So they had six ordering displays and only one worked, with a huge queue. They were sold out of all vegetarian options and then it took over 30mins to get an order. Wont be going back.

Motorway Services are what they are though this time it was not too busy and we just had teas and coffees used the loo and had a very good break from driving. My last visit had been about two years ago and I felt there had been changes made for the better!

Perfectly average, plenty of parking including parent and child spaces and clearly signposted. Due to the location being on the roundabout of the North and south junctions is quite busy. We only used the toilet facilities but these seemed clean and in good working order.
